Unfortunately the boy is just as blind as me and lazer is out of the question for our severity. We've tried local opicians with no luck, but I'm ready to try that route again. I would hate to think this is really impossible.

I'm trying to avoid the inserts. That's what the first dive shop ordered for us after they told us they would replace the entire lense. The inserts limit your peripheral vision and are very confusing for a kid to look through. I dive with contacts, but I think he's still a little young for them. I've never seen a mask that fits over glasses, but I could have missed this? Do you know any specific brands that do this? Thanks for the help!!

Hey Scuba Peeps! Help me. I am trying to buy a persrciption scuba mask for a 6 year old who is very farsighted. I am finding this to be an IMPOSSIBLE task. I've now spoken with several dive shops and nobody seams to know what they are talking about. Is it possible to have the lenses on the mask replaced with a positive persription lens? I don't want the sticky lenses because they are too difficult to see through and limit your periferal vision by a lot. The script is approximately OD +4/ OS +4.25. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I was on a dirt road in the middle of pretty much nowhere. I looked for evidence of "losing mama" and didn't see any on the road. Doesn't mean another animal didn't get her. She was not around. I felt it best I just let nature take it's course. Hopefully they will get along okay. But they were so sweet.

Had to chase them out of the middle of the road yesterday afternoon. They were so cute. I really wanted to take 'em home. They were so tiny and they were trembling when I was taking their pictures. So I thanked them for the photo op, told them to stay outta the stinkin road, and went on my way.

I'm working..... working on getting my ass out to the yacht club to go sailing.

So I leave my desk for 5 minutes, go next door, come back and find the david hasselhoff fan club website up on my screen. Also searched on google... cory haim fan club. Oooooooh... payback is a biotch. GAME ON!

.... and when I was a kid, I had to walk to school barefoot.... in the snow.... uphill.... both ways. life is full of change. most of the benefits we reap in this sport are due to its growth. in fact, i'm pretty sure most dzs would not exist without said change. rather than poke fun at the "muffy and biffs" in the sport, why don't you accept them and guide them in the right direction? ...and yes, you were probably jumping and scuba diving before i was born.

For the record.....you suck. sorry shnookum honey buns. i promise to bring you a shell!
