If "marriage" is for one man and one woman, why can't there be something similar, but with a different name, to honor and bind the love of one man and one man, or one woman and one woman? So call it "homomarriage" or something. I'm serious. In a world full of so much hate, anger, greed, coruption, etc... why must we deny someone the right to commit their full-on-mad love to another human being? I'm as straight as they come. And I believe in marriage and everything sacred it has to offer. But I just hate that their is so much negativity. Why must we judge others with such black and white vision?

I'd never do this to the sport and people I love. BUT.... what I would do, is get all the headdown flyers I know and just go lead one HUGE full-on-mad flocking dive from like 30,000 so it would last a really really long time. I love flocking dives. I love seeing my friends' smiling faces upside down. Something about it makes me feel so incredibly alive.

Not sure how this makes me feel, since I had a hard time deciding in the first place. But, the truth of the matter is.... I will still be my lil' ol' self... skydiving, drinkin too much beer, and wonderin what i'm going to be when i grow up... four years from now. Yes, Amen that it's over. And it was all dealt with in a respectable manner.

DAMN!!! It just took me over 2 1/2 hours to vote!!!!!!!!!! The line was ridiculous!!! I almost read through the entire "Pilot and its Parachute" book whilst waiting. They told me they were expecting lines like that for the entire day. About 1/2 way through my wait, they started letting people with small children go ahead... thank god. Imagine waiting in line with a 2 year old for 3 hours.

There is a fairly new book out there by a friend of mine named Lucky Mike. It's called Dancing on Raindrops. He is a skydiver that I met this winter down at SoBe. So, I've never owned a freefly suit until two weeks ago. (yes i bought my ). I was doing pretty well without one... managed to learn how to fly on my head fairly well this year. So, I thought... what could I possibly be missing out on?? Well, let me tell YOU! I now have 13 jumps on my suit in the last 3 days. God damn that suit ROCKS!!! Sherry cut it to fit absolutely perfectly on me!! I love the design of it (I'd post a pic if I had one, sorry). It's so comfy and it flies just incredibly well. The dz kids were going crazy tonight trying to pull their videos together last minute for the film fest on Saturday. I also saw quite a bit of costume planning happening. This weekend is going to kickass!

And we haven't gotten one stinkin report! Not fair!! I thought he'd be down there for maybe the weekend... maybe through Monday... But here we are and it's Thursday and he's not back yet!! Hmmm... Cocheese and RkyMtnHigh.... what could possibly go wrong???
