• Lox (or lachs) is salt-cured salmon that is essentially raw, never having been raised to more than 90° F. during processing. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

If the student has the ability to arch, and is not in a flat or dearched position on the ground, it is wrong for the instructor to add wieghts to a student for their inabilities to fly with them. Having a good instructor that can "dress for sucess" and match the fall rate of the student, with some extra room for adjustment , up or down, in their bag, is much easier then weighting up a student to fall with the instructor. You do not need to get weights. You need to get a NEW Instructor. Find one that can do his job and stay with the student. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

I once stopped a Tandem Instructor/Master Rigger from exiting a C182, because he had clipped his students upper snap shackle from his students harness, to the large ring of the 3 ring cutaway system. Mistakes happen. Check your shit before you exit. And have someone else check your shit too. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

Yes, as a rigger, there is only one spring needed, on the reserve. And I'm sure the packers of years ago, before student throw-outs, will attest to hating to have to pack them also. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

I couldn't agree more with your thoughts, but I'd have to pass on the shemale. After just returning from a month in Thailand I could see the temptation in a few though...... Pursue your passoin and follow your dreams.

I guess you could consider me one of those Yuri. Perry called me last year wanting me to join the PFI team as well as James through email. Unfortunalty I have been too busy moving into a new place and working on shit around the ranch to get the shit together for doing this but plan to do so soon. Maria has just given me a GS1 and I hope to sell a a few of them to the pilots that like to fly that style suit. Staying with only one choice in suits leave out all the fun, but I can see your side of it since you are pimarily a base jumper. Not every pilot that exits from a plane flys for performance remember. All suits are fun to fly and I've seen many lower end suit out perform the higher end suits with the right pilot in then. Then again, some like the choice of flying a few different suit as I do. Wind-tunnel training for AFF course at Skyventure Colorado

Got it, thanks. PM'd from jumpnaked69 as well. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com -
If you stop too high, do not let the toggles back up as the canopy will dive. If the wind is up alittle and the canopy is large, you can stay in a flare and get ready to do a good PLF, or you can let off alittle bit and flare completely you get alittle closer to the ground. YMMV. Really, talk with your Instructors about this before you jump my friend. Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

You stop too high before your feet touch the ground. The ground stops you, always...... Be safe Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

Please do not take that as a low blow or pesonal attack James. It wasn't dirrected toward you, and I personally think you look good with blonde hair. And as far as enlightening you about the S.6? I can tell you I have never flown one, so I have no opinion on how it performs from the S3S. I personally think all of the 3 different types of wingsuit I fly, made by 3 different manufacturers are great fun to fly, and I offer no opinion of which suit I think out performs the other. I guess you could say, it would just be great if people would stopped all the "my suit is better then your's" bullshit. That issue is so wore out these days....
