    For what it's worth. I was jumping a prototype awhile back, one that Robi had made before parting with BM, that had an over the shoulder cable (think zipper) way of attaching the suit to your rig. It's not an exclusive design. The suit was HUGE, half mono wing and half tri wing, but it never hit the market. Wingsuit makers will make what suit sells the best, reguardless of it happening to look similar to another manufacturers suit. It's how they make their living.     Years ago, I took my mom up in a C182 that I was jumping from. I motioned for the pilot to give us alittle zero G about 6K, and I still have her finger nail scares on my leg! She'd never do it, even though she would be attached to me. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

    Nice job for your first jump. Here are a critiques from an AFFI. Exit didn't look rushed, good check in's, but it looks like you may have messed up on the count alittle. Not a bad arch on exit either. Good alti checks, but stop geeking the camera and deal with the tasks you need to complete. Not bad leg position, you could point your toes and work on keep your leg more still. Also work on keeping your right knee from dropping when you do your practice touch and pull. Try not to look at the ground directly below you while in freefall. It makes you de-arch. Besides, you'll have plenty of time for that under canopy. Looks like you have good altitude awareness, but your next jumps will require alot more of your attention, so stop geeking the camera... Congrats, nice first jump.

    I think it's expressed as negativity at first, maybe because they have a bigger audience at the tunnel. The people looking into the tunnel, while they flail around like a shot duck, and not just the other person they are doing a 2 way with, that might be traveling all over the sky in a sit position? crashtested posted a perfect example by saying, "I don't get the same satisfaction at the tunnel.. maybe there are just not enough girls hanging around looking for a hero!! How many of the girls at the DZ, that he trying to shag, are seeing he is a hero at 60 jumps? Instead he only has to prove he jumped from the plane and landed a parachute.     Why is that,?? I dont really think my website has anything of value for him apart from maybe a few stupid/fun videos. I was thinking a diagram of a rig was the best thing i could come up with and you have that on every order form. Its good because it gives him an idea of the gear cost also.     Though some of your points to him are true, there are a few I'd disagree with. Knowing as much as you can before you enter the FJC isn't a bad thing, if your getting the correct information. But, entering into your FJC, thinking you "already know it all" is...... How rigs work is simple, and a quick "how it works" briefing isn't going to over shadow anyones mind when they are taugh in their FJC, IMO. Ed www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
