  1. Oh .., I'm not a criminal and I do pay every dollar I'm required by law to pay and I file every form I'm required to file. I follow the guidelines of the Constitution, especially the Fifth Ammendment. So all that stated, will you as a fellow American support my bid for Freedom? Blue Skies, DJ
  2. ... so as long as you own property, have a family to care for, and roots you cannot be free. But, yes, I would be very supportive of your "Bid for Freedom", if you would sell your property, pick up your family, and move to Somalia. That's a place without a government where you, and your family, could live out your dream. So you are saying that I have no hope of Freedom in the good ol' US of A? Blue Skies, DJ
  3. I think you're just a troll. I do live under a bridge ,in a van, down by the river. Still I believe the 5th Ammendment argument against income tax to be valid. Problem is how can it be argued in a court where the judge is on the payroll of the plaintiff? Blue Skies, DJ
  4. Not "for some people". Democracy is straight out mob rule . The majority decides.. One sheep debating dinner plans with a pack of wolves. In a Constitutional Republic the whims of the majority are reigned in by the rule of Law. In this case the Rule of Law states that the government cannot take my property(wages/earnings) and convert them to public use without just compensation. It doesn't matter that Bill Von and the majority believe that the government should be allowed to have its' way with my cash. According to the Constitution and Natural Law the fruits of my labour are mine to do with as I see fit. Are you willing, as a fellow American , to stand with me and defend my Fifth Ammendment Rights? Blue Skies, DJ
  5. Or I could stay right here and exercise my Rights. Do you as an American support my Right against government confiscation of my property without just compensation? Blue Skies, DJ
  6. >Now here we are nearly a century after that law came into effect and we >allow the government to make us into slaves. Confiscating the fruits of our >labour by threat of violence or incarceration!! If this bothers you as much as it appears to, Kuwait does not have any income tax. One of the cool freedoms we have here is the freedom to leave. Or I could stand my ground on my property. I can't imagine Thomas Paine or Jefferson would have just moved to Kuwait. Blue Skies, DJ I think they would probably have reached a compromise with their political adversaries.... much like they did when hashing out the details of the Constitution. So you said that the Bill of Rights couldn't be abolished. As a fellow American will you support my bid for Freedom and my exercising my Fifth Ammendment Right? Blue Skies, DJ
  7. Democracy?? The Founding Fathers abhored the idea of "democracy". That was Roosevelts' idea. The United States of America was founded as a Constitutional Republic. Blue Skies, DJ
  8. Quote>Or I could stand my ground on my property. Of course you could. And you'd (eventually) be shot and killed. Or, best case, arrested.Quote Really? In the land of the Free I'll be shot for exercising my Rights?? And so close to Independance Day!! So, did you celebrate your Freedom in America this past 4th of July? Blue Skies, DJ
  9. Quote>Just is the operative word in the Fifth Ammendment. Take a scenario. You and your friend both purchase health insurance.Quote The difference here is that we chose to purchase those health care contracts. The income tax is a forcwed confiscation of my property and violates my Fifth Ammendment Rights. Blue Skies, DJ
  10. LOL again!!! You have run out of argument! Fact is the Founding Fathers, those we respect and reveere were each and every one ,down to a man , Outlaws by choice! They put their personal fortune and life on the line to ensure their Liberty. The income tax is a direct violation of our fifth ammendment right. The Founding Fathers knew this even a century before it was enacted. Now here we are nearly a century after that law came into effect and we allow the government to make us into slaves. Confiscating the fruits of our labour by threat of violence or incarceration!! Blue Skies, DJ There is no government in Somalia. Why don't you go live there? My property ,my family ,and my life is here. Will you as a fellow American support my bid for Freedom? Blue Skies, DJ

  12. Because we aspire to be a just and compassionate society. Quote Just is the operative word in the Fifth Ammendment. As to "compassionate" , by all means complete any and all of your philantropist works with your own money! The Fifth says that the government can't confiscate mine for those ends. Blue Skies, DJ

  14. I do subscribe to the fifth amendment. But I disagree that taxation is confiscation of private property without compensation.Quote "Just compensation" is the operative phrase in the Fifth Ammendment. How is the compensation "just" if one who pays no income tax recieves the same benefits as one who pays a million dollars in income tax? Blue Skies, DJ
  15. I don't see work as a constraint to Freedom as long as it's by ones' choosing. Surley we can all agree that forced labor is slavery!!!! And if any government by threat of violence or incarceration requires you to forfeit the fruits of your labor, that too is slavery. Do you agree or do you not subscribe to the Fifth Ammendment to the Constitution? Blue Skies, DJ
  16. QuoteThere are no completely free people. Quote Oh? I beg to differ! Outlaws are Free and all Free Men are Outlaws. As a matter of fact each of the Founding Fathers was an Outlaw pissed off about the taxes they were subjected to. Blue Skies, DJ
  17. [reply Jeez. If any one is free on our planet earth, it's the Swiss. I know many of them. Never ever I heard any one palaver about *freedom* or *liberty* (my man?). They simply live it and are free. Ketchup or mayonaise?
  18. [reply I always wonder how many "Libertarians" and anarchists would be able to stay alive for more than a few days in their wet dream world with no governments Interesting! I don't think anyone has suggested an abolition of government. Where did you get that idea? I would rather think the discussion is more toward an unobtrusive government which respects the Rights and Freedoms of the Citizenry. Blue Skies, DJ
  19. These services require a dollar amount to provide. The amount is budgeted and very easy to quantify. It is no mystery as to what each of these government services cost. So again , if one who pays absolutley no income tax has the same benefits of government services as one who pays $30,000.00 a year , is there "just compensation" for the private property confiscated by the government via income tax? Blue Skies, DJ
  20. Now explain to me "just compensation". Would not just compensation require the return of a dollars' value for every dollar confiscated by the government? And how is "just compensation " achieved when one who pays no taxes is entitled to the exact same protection and services as one who pays $30,000.00? Blue Skies, DJ
  21. Your wages or monies you have earned are "private property". Noodle all that out . You stated that the first ten (and I'm taking the Liberty to paraphrase) can't be cancelled by subsequent ammendments. So is the federal government via the income tax violating your Natural Right to Freedom? I'll be back in a couple of weeks to discuss this some more. In the mean time thanks for the discussion. Blues, DJ
  22. Listen, I can't speak for the women but I am Black and I am a Free American. Blue Skies, DJ Whhhhoshhhhhh. If you were around when the FF were busy declaring freedom, the point being discussed, you shure as fuck would not. Let's stop celebrating these thugs as seekers of freedom and liberty. Uh , Lucky.., fact is that many of the members of the Constitutional Congress were totally against slavery and did attempt to abolish it in the initial drafts. Politics and selling the people on the entire Constitution is what prevented them. Blue Skies, DJ
  23. [reply These posts are getting out of order and making my head hurt! What part of the 5th Amendment are you referring to? Quote I asked you to list the entire 5th ammendment. As an American and considering that cherished Bill of Rights you mentioned, is it actually other Citizens which keep you from embracing your Natural Right to Freedom or the present government. Could you cite for me the 5th Ammendment ? Blue Skies, DJ
  24. [reply Right, blacks and women need not apply. Listen, I can't speak for the women but I am Black and I am a Free American. Blue Skies, DJ
