So here's the deal: I've been paying for 18 years now but finally I can't come up with the payment.Couple months behind. I was reading "on line" and can't believe this is really true, can anyone research and tell me? You see, I've always thought that when I borrowed the money to buy my house some MR. BIG put up the cash to float my note. What I'm reading on line is that there is no "MR. BIG" but instead, when I signed the dotted line the money for that *loan* was created out of thin air. Could that be true???? I'm desperate here!!! Of course if Mr. Big did put out the cash I'd want to do right by him but.., If the money to cover my mortgage was created out of thin air, well then ....., thin air should cover my payments. Every year after all the campaign promises, when the new white cat got into office he proceeded to make laws which were good for all cats but not very good for the mice. Finally one year, the mice had an option beside the two white cats!! There was a black cat running!!! There could at last be "Change we can believe in"!!!! While there are people who are generally bad characters we, as a society, cannot allow ourselves to degenerate to the point of punishing people for things we 'know' they did but cannot prove. It is oft heard that though someone was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit, he had done other things for which he deserved to be imprisoned so it is ok. My thinking on this is that since Rights are not derived from governments but instead are inherent by birth and being, no government of men and no man can justly deny another of his/her Rights. The first 10 Amendments of the Constitution are no more and no less subject to the potential of being altered or repealed, by the formal amendment process, than any other part of the Constitution.
