    They will let you bring a tent in. I have done this returning from Aussie. They do make an inspection of your gear to ensure you're not bringing in any seeds or other possible hazards, and they may even spray with an insecticide.     I was pretty cool. I was in the judges area, ground spotting the RW and Style for ground based video judging when they did it. I only looked up in time to see the down plane at about 2 grand come straight down at us. When it broke off our first reaction was what the f**k is going on here.took a couple minutes to figure out what we had just seen and this was confirmed later by one of the participants. Way Cool!     Best ghost plane I ever saw, Strait over head at an Aussie Nationals about 82 or 83 at Corrowa NSW. They built a four stack,top man gets down into second mans risers, second man somehow sitting on third mans shoulders and cuts away. Top man flys away in a gost plan. Third and fourth now go into a downplane with the second man sitting on top of them. When the downplane splits, the guy sitting on top falls through the middle and dumps his reserve, Kids do not try this at home!! Sure was cool though.     Inflatable frames, spars, etc. are a different story. 1" diameter tubes made from synthetic Good idea I think and like anything else, probaly only difficult the first time. This whole thread takes me back to grade 7 that whould be 1966, I recall seeing (in popular mechanics or popular science, a glider which was an airfoil much like modern canopies, suspension lines and all, but fully enclosed and inflated with helium!     Over here in New Zealand I hade the option of using my existing USB port or installing an ethernet card. Tried the USB it sucked, instaled the ethernet (they can both connect to the same DSL modem) it rocks. The ethernet card only cost $15, aabout $8 US. Still on phone lines as we don't have cable here, but I caan still talk on the phone while on the net with just the one phone line. Connecting speed of 256 compared to 42!!     You luky lucky bastard New Zealand 19.5% for the first 38,000 33.0% between that and 60,000 39.0% above that. Oh ya then there is the 12.5% GST ontop of almost everything else you canspend your remaining dollars on. This means on my 45,000 wage, I get to spend 69.7 cents of each dollar after the Gov't gets it's share! This of course is over simplfied and dosen't account for things like fuel tax, or road user fees for diesle powered vehicles like mine. But we are still happy to live here.
