Yeah, I'm kinda afraid of that myself. Mazda POS :) At least the car runs..lol. LOL! Yeah, I actually like my little Mazda...EXCEPT for the stereo now :) That poor car has taken a beating since I got it...40,000 miles in a year and a half! Yeah, the CD's work fine everywhere BUT my car. Even in an old CD player/Radio I have at work. No problems at all! I did use CD-R's too, and finalized the CD. *sigh* I guess I'll have to accept the car has a piece of **** player :/ Closing pin jewelry

I am having some problems making a CD that my CD player in my car will recognize. It's just the one that comes with the car, a Mazda, so I know that's part of the problem. However, Kris made a CD for me previously that worked fine in it using the same program that I'm using that he recommended to me. The CD's that I have made work just fine everywhere else, but in my car. I've done everything I can think of, including slowing down the burn to 1x, which helped a little bit, but not much. What happens is the car will squeal and make noises trying to find the songs for a very long time. When/if it finally does, if you try to go to the next track, it will never find it. It's gotten really frustrating. The CD writer is an HP cd-writer 9500 series, CD-RW, and I've used Maxell CD-R's specifically for music. Any recommendations??? Closing pin jewelry

LOL! Not much of one :) We just decided one of us would call the other New Years Eve to 'ring it in' and about 6 pm our time, he called. Screaming of course :) "Happy New Year!!!!!" "What?!" "Happy New Year!!!" Merrick thought it was our friend yelling "Why aren't you here?!" LOL! Just FYI, you guys might consider just a local shop also. For instance, the one that I work at, the shirts start at 14.95 a piece, depending on size and if you need extra transfers for front and back for instance, and they will make the transfers out of anything you want pretty much and press it on shirts they have available. They are only white, that's what turns out best, but they are pretty decent as far as quality. They will fade a bit after many washings from what I've seen of the one Merrick wears, but it's not bad for the price, and putting heat back to it livens it back up. Anyway, I'm sure you guys can find places locally, or the shop I work at right now's website is: Kay Copy I know they are talking of shutting the thing down when I leave though because they don't want to go through training someone else, and the other person who started the whole thing is retiring. Ah ha, back here again. Okay, I'm game since I've been searching for good songs after getting my burner for Xmas, including thru old threads. Here are some good ones, IMHO: Sonique - Sky Incubus - Pardon Me or Stellar Offspring - I Choose Barenaked Ladies - "Falling for the First Time" is kinda funny for a first jump video I'd think POD - Alive Red Hot Chili Peppers - Scar Tissue Sky's prob'ly the coolest for a vid.
