Very interesting point Wendy, I have always loved thinking about this topic. Don't know..... I was not at the debate. Could have been along the lines of Reagan's, "There you go again" or more recently Alex Sinks, "We just can't trust anything from you". Fact is it is not in the Constitution. It may have been the intent, but those words are not in there.
