Huh did you try changin the DZ??? i mean that's like: i hate how people on the street act, and politics, and safety on streets and all so i'll just close myself in the house for the rest of my life. You shouldn't close yourself, neither quit skydiving. i sometimes hate how things at DZs are going too. sometimes it so bad that i'd rather watch tv at home than go skydiving , so i almost understand you. But the only way to make it better is to fight back with good things. And you're not the only one who want's to make things better,... But it's your life, you call. "George just lucky i guess!"

Thanks for the tips. So i realy wouldn't benefit in anything but larger pack volume, if i'd get a crossbraced. About the diving, i think i already have a canopy that dives pretty much (cobalt comp.) for my liking. And it's not the diving i wanted (well maybe a little). But i wanted to hear if i'd benefit in anything else at all, guess not. One more question. Are there any things, maneuvers,... that i'd easily learn on normal 9 cell canopy? I mean, for example. it's a lot easier and safer to start learning swooping on big canopies, and small WingLoadings at slow (more or less) speeds. Is there anything at all that is easier and safer to learn on normal 9 cell canopies than on crossbraced canopies? Thanks "George just lucky i guess!"

No no, he put smiley in reply to my post, so i guess i'm the winner "George just lucky i guess!"

huh i'm deffenitly not flying my canopy at its limits. it's just that, Well let's say that santa comes to you and has in one hand cobalt comp. 120 and in other onyx 120. You load both canopies at 1.76, and you're definitely not ripping up your current canopy, which is 120 sq. feet 9 cell elliptical with same WL 1.76. Which one would you take? What am i supposed to say "No thank you santa, i'll keep my old canopy" "George just lucky i guess!"

How about adding some fire to the ribs? "George just lucky i guess!"

Which canopy would you choose? Non-crossbraced (Cobalt competition, stilleto, crossfire 2,...), or Crossbraced (Onyx, Velocity, VX,...) at WL 1.76, if money wouldn't be an issue? And Why? "George just lucky i guess!"

I have a question Is the night at US Nationals also very long and drunk. Because here that is one of the biggest skydive "parties" in a year. "George just lucky i guess!"

It's even better if people are supported when they are all around flyers. Here i'm trying to fly both too (Freefly and formation style). but whenever i appear in RW suit most of my friends is making fun of me, like it's a bad thing to belly fly... probably because in my heart i'm a freeflyer. I know it's just a joke and i'm laughing at it too, but... And the two worlds Freefly and Formation style, are kind of separated. we are all friends and all but, when it comes to flying noone will listen to someone from another discipline.... But maybe it's just me seeing things this way? "George just lucky i guess!"

Oh cmon, it's not that gayish. they have a plane and they are jumping out of it. What's gay about that "George just lucky i guess!"
-
you lucky you... Mine weekend, no plane - no jumping. been home all weekend, wathcing tv, sleeping wathcing tv, sleeping, going to the cinema, oh wait i repacked my main canopy because i was bored to death and had nothing better to do too "George just lucky i guess!"

I think you can move any container up your back, whether you have unisyn or not... Mine G4 moves too. About the tight fit. i stuffed 135 in MT (105-120) and i had no problems. Just check that your closing loop is not to tight to open the container. but beware, you can stretch your container if you have bigger canoy than recommended inside. And i wouldn't recommend packing canopy more than one size bigger in a container. That's why they have M4 too. "George just lucky i guess!"

I have G4 with unisyn. It's verrrryy comfortable. When you're moving around harness moves with you, it doesn't bend a bit. And i guess it fits better than without unisyn. Though Some people say that it's so comfortable you can't feel that you have the rig on your back. That's not really true. You can feel you have it on your back no matter how comfortable it is. it's still around 10kg (22lbs) on your shoulders... it's just that it moves with your body like you wouldn't have it on your back. And i recommend it anytime. It's well worth the money. "George just lucky i guess!"

Maybe leg straps are plain dirty. try washing them, to get all the dust and dirt out. That helped many times... "George just lucky i guess!"

Oh great i have to swim a mile for my swimming class final
grega replied to Viking's topic in The Bonfire
start slowly, don't forget to breathe properly, and think about skydivinig. You'll swim a mile in no time. "George just lucky i guess!" -
Huh, did you ever watch a swoop competition or a video of one? they are all done downwind. Just watch how those guys do the "touch down" "George just lucky i guess!"

Ouch...sometimes "zero flare" actually means that

Huh i don't think there is such canopy pilot in Slovenia. But i guess most of the advices you'd get would be: get away from that canopy it's too old and too porosive to land softly. unles you'd do a high performance landing. but as you said, there aren't many good canopy pilots around. And about Uros, well he's simply brainless (just kidding) p.s. Wait a couple of years or a little more, and i'll try it, if i won't kill myself swooping before "George just lucky i guess!" -
uff i understand now. "George just lucky i guess!"

Huh i won't say anything. It looks like you know now that it was a dumb thing to do. I just hope that you realised that you're not pro canopy pilot just yet after all Now please stop doing stupid things and concentrate on what's really important... FREEFLY p.s. How was the birdman? ugh, can i blink now... "George just lucky i guess!"

Does anybody here know what kind of new, never seen before, fast maneuvers (as said in the article on first page) will this guys be doing? Maybe they'll "draw" something, with the smoke "George just lucky i guess!"
