what does everyone think is the best method for developing your skills(ideally doing back to back coach jumps for a year, but that really isn't economically viable for the bulk of us). Do you think for head down, a solid day of coaching then a week practicing with a mate, then a coach jump a day or whenever u cant figure something out or have problems or need refinement. im think about doing a solid day of coaching(7-8 jumps)then a week of practicing with 1 coach jump a day, what does everyone think is best?
