>Not to mention indisputable evidence that Julius, Augustus, Tiberius Caesar (among others) were real and become gods. Such as? What exactly makes one a God? Oh, that's easy. Contemporary literature says they were gods. Multiple sources, too, unlike the Bible. You can't be serious kellend. Just because something is written in a book doesn't mean it is true or false. What is a God??? Is it a being? A person? A life sign? An inanimate object? Whats it take to be a God?...is it to be worshiped/Loved/Feared by many? What about religions that say there are many Gods, while some have only 1 or none at all. Are they all Real Gods? Did they go to The Holy School of Godliness and get a degree? They might be fantastical beings of folk tales or a true all powerful being that "created" us all. Personally I don't know, I live my life being as good a human being as possible and I have faith in the fact that when its my time to go I will go peacefully, and at peace with how I lived here on earth. If I am to be judged to get in through some pearly gates or some fire pit or be reborn or whatever I am going to be judged based on me not what some book told me to be. Travis Roy Foundation. Ok this thread is great. I don't know if I believe in God or Jesus, I am NOT a Scientologist but I am very scientific. I tend to give more weight to tangable things. Go ahead and argue that to me please really, I have heard it all before. I am supposedly Catholic and yet I can't stand the shit the church has done over the course of time... Priest "Insert name here" you raped a bunch of little boys soo, you should move to another church?? Fuck that! I am a believer that you don't just say some Hail Marys and get let off the hook. >Not to mention indisputable evidence that Julius, Augustus, Tiberius Caesar (among others) were real and become gods. Such as? What exactly makes one a God? My opinions are simply that so please don't take offence, but who says one Religion is better than another is Pig Headed. The only thing I HATE is when one Religion causes harm to members of another for their views. Live and let Live! Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

It's impressive that not a single airline did a proper backround check. At least he was a good enough pilot not to have hurt anybody over the 10 years he didn't have proper papers! Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

I will be sure if I ever find myself in that situation to walk out with a few buddies, at least if I get hit I know he will get much worse before he flees. Travis Roy Foundation. Shit! Sorry to hear that, your lucky you didn't loose it on the way home instead of at home. Bad fracture, but the risk of internal cranial hemmorrhage makes that a scary ass ride. Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

Thats exactly how I justified the time spent in court. My resolve was much stronger than his. What pisses me off is how she acted and easy it is for them to postpone these hearings. I was there he was there lawyers present, judge present, fuck the system this guy wasted my time and his wife could give a shit. It should have gone like this. Defendant: "I'm a guilty prick and I am sorry" Prosecution: " We agree" Judge: "Witnesses agree; 2 yr porbation and counseling plus some fines, now get the hell outta here" End Still, I was the "bigger" man. I fucking hate these situations... last one ended me in court (Thanks Maryland Law). So there I was about to walk home from the hospital after a long shift and I was talking to a buddy outside when we heard fighting. It was a couple, both drunk, across the street. At first we just watched and took a few steps closer just to get a better handle on what was going down. This asshole, and might I say very large 6'5 270 ish lb douchbag of a husband body slams his 120lbish wife in the pavement. We both sprinted over to her aid. I was able to verbaly seperate him while some other onlookers called it in. My buddy, an ER Nurse, and I helped the noticably upset and very drunk wife. The stupid Biatch was screaming at us "btw we didn't touch her ever" to leave her and her abusive husband alone. I was ready to bounce and say fuck it when the cops came, took dude away and then wrote our info down with statements. A few weeks later I get a letter calling me to court. NEVER again will I step in, I will call it in and deck the asshole but I will never give a statement again in Maryland. Long story short I missed 4 days of work over a 3 month period of time while he postponed, plea bargained and manipulated the system. I was in court 3 times for no reason, unpaid, all b/c some guy was an asshole and wouldn't own up to it. They finally fined his ass and made him go to counseling. Btw he spent 2 days in jail after the incident. Anyway screw that, this stupid bitch was all over him in court( she was body slammed just weeks before and hurt by this asshole) so I should have just minded my own damn business and kept walking. Thanks for lettin me vent! Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

Well said Nick, We (not "me or us here specificaly") as a country trend way to heavily on the media circus around us. The mass media of today has nothing but ratings on their minds. We get spoon fed left wing or right wing views on the same stupid shit, 911 was a terrible incident that will forever be remembered. This is what I ask of you folks that bring up 911 everytime something bad happens... 9/12, 9/13, 9/14... 2/17/10??? No "major" attacks since and NOT because "security" is better. STOP using 911 as an scapegoat for all the negative events and attacks on America. We have thousands of illegal aliens cross our boarders daily, who is to say the taliban or Al-whogivesafuck Jablahblahban isn't going to sneak over with a nuke or a bio attack. We can't live in fear, we just need to be smart about our decisions and form our own opinions instead of blindly following the masses. Secure our boarders as best as we can and live out our lives being greatful we are here and not is some war torn poverty stricken 3rd world country. Travis Roy Foundation. We end up paying for all this shit anyway. Testing kits, extra employees, training (if any), time wasted, more nervous freaks out there in line slowing us down. I hate to fly anymore...unless its a 1 way up to altitude. Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off
