I was a slacker in X-Ray school, single major, no degree, 2 years/40 hrs a week/3 weeks off a year. On the job training w/ 2hrs of classwork a day built in. I worked 3-4 evenings a week delivering pizza... definetly not in the winter, I was a ski instrucor on weekends so I ditched the pizza job hahaha. Like I said I was a slacker, no double major... but I put my time in. Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off -

Depends on the vaca... if the place I am staying has a washer/dryer I clean all my clothes the last day of vaca and when I get home live out of the suitcase till I finally get motivated to put the few remaining items away and kick the suitcase under the bed.... if the vaca ends before wash is done then I empty the suitcase as soon as I get home and do laundry right away. I am not a country fan but this song definetly sums it up... Toby Keith, Runnin Block; My buddy said his girlfriend is as pretty as can be He said help a brother out tonight and come double date with me She's gotta a baby sister and they're headed into town They're lookin' for a good time They're fun to be around I said what do she look like? He scratched his head and stated "She was a home comin' football queen before she graduated. We'll wine and dine and do 'em fine and really double date 'em Then take 'em back to the motel six and Try to seperate 'em. They showed up in a pick up They were right on time His was kinda heafty But not half as big as mine (Chores) I'm runnin' block Turn the lights down low Runnin' block Don't want know one to know That I tried to drink her skinny but she's still about 215 Sometimes you got to bow up And take one for the team She cleaned her plate at dinner Then she ate what's left of mine Then she wolfed down a big cheesecake as I drank all the wine She strolled out to the padio for an after dinner cig I said "Bro you done 'er this time and gonna owe me big You know why? 'Cuz my brother's havin' a party Thought you outta know He's got coeds swimmin naked Reason I can’t go (Chores) Now bow up boys When we got back 2 the motel, I kicked up my feet, and she put me in a head lock and says snuggle up with me My buddy finished early, when he walked through the door I was laying there half naked she had me pinned down 2 the floor Son I can’t believe u caught me, this big old jelly roll You laugh at me tomorrow You can’t ever tell a sole Travis Roy Foundation. Nursing is a great choice! Teaching is always and option later in her nursing career. My friend who teaches does so b/c she likes to make a difference in these kids. Huge road blocks are administration and fellow teachers. The kids are horrible, as mentioned before they are from busted ass homes and a life of shitty treatment... I do understand it's not thier fault and they didn't ask for that upbringing... but it's almost too late for them, most of the teachers are so fed up with the overall atmosphere in the classroom (i.e. poor student/teacher ratio) they loose motivation to try to really help these kids. I grew up in Vermont in a private grade school and a public HS w/o little to no crime and very little diversity, so I know what it is to have had a good education and I feel bad for the kids who actually want to change but can't afford or aren't given the oppertunity to. It simply makes a bad situation worse. The teachers we need to hire we can't afford to pay. The teachers (not all but many...in this area anyway) don't care and have no administrative backing. These kids simlply go to school because they have to, they will be in a gang, pregnant, strung out or dead by 18 anyway. Sad situation, easy to look away when it's not right in front of your eyes... Wake up to an alarm set for 7:15... smack it and roll over, wait for 2nd at 7:30... smack it and roll back over. 3rd usually causes me to actually get my lazy ass up at 7:45 wipe crust out shower and toss on some scrubs. Pour a glass of milk and walk 10 mins to work. Then Coffee is a must, sometimes with cereal or a breakfast sandwich! Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

My buddy's wife is a teacher in downtown Baltimore... you want to talk about a sad situation, the best students are from "broken" homes. most of the kids have 0 respect 0 mannors and 0 motivation. Parents on drugs, dead or in jail... poor little fuckers, I would have more sympothy accept I see the little fuckers every summer wandering the streets looking for trouble to get into ((not to be racist but they are not white)and several of my close black friends hate the majority of "those" blacks for making them look bad). Last year they stole a chair off my deck and tossed it into a neighbors patio b/c I wouldn't let them use my water spout anymore (I had let them use it but they kept leaving it on and running their mouths)... Oh well, have to live near em, would Love to live w/o em. Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off

Find a good CPA and sit down with them to figure out exactly what you would be able to rent it for and what the tax benefits would be in a years time. Sounds like you can write off 80% of your mortgage as interest on the loan, it may not be exact and in fact it will not help you out month to month in carry costs, but, you may be able to justify keeping it until the market swings a bit in your favor to sell it. Also think about how far you'll live from the property and landlord situation/ renters ect... Travis Roy Foundation. At very least its a tax write off
