Happy Happy Birthday!
-
I have an infant and three school aged children and am able to keep the house clean and cook dinner and make cookies and drive them to wherever it is they need to go, etc. and find time for myself on occasion.... Also, you have given her permission to act this way. She's had no consequences and you are allowing yourself to be treated this way. Stand up for yourself.

I've read where alcohol can effect your sleep cycles. It may help you doze off initially but when you are in a lighter phase of sleep you will probably wake up and have trouble falling back to sleep. Usually the more you have to drink the harder time you will have getting back to sleep. And even though someone suggested it, please don't mix alcohol with any drug especially an otc allergy medication.

awwwww... bless his baby heart. I can hardly stand it when they give mine his immunizations and he cries. He just looks at me like, " mommy, why are you letting them hurt me? " I didn't circ him.. couldn't have handled it.

We didn't eat dinner tonight. We were at Millenia mall and just grabbed a couple of Godiva chocolate covered marshmallows. I guess that was dinner.. and red wine at home of course.

The In Style, of course.

LOL.... I read them in the bathtub. And I have been known to say I need to go to the bathroom only to lock myself in for 15 minutes for peace and quiet. I have four kids and believe it or not it is an escape.

We have the his and hers mixture. Parenting, In Style, National Geographic Adventure and the Orlando city magazine.

All of this talk has made me want to go shop..LOL I think I'll put the baby in his jogging stroller though and go walking first and maybe the feeling will pass.

I have to say my husband really loves clothing. I do too, however, he gets a bigger kick out of shopping than I do. I needed new flip flops and he bought me Coach flip flops even though I would be ecstatic with Old Navy flip flops. They're cute but I never would have bought them for myself-ever. He wears the Lucky jeans, etc but what gets me is his work attire. Many of his shirts are monogrammed on the cuff and he wears nice cuff links. Really nice ones. I'm still losing baby weight (8 months later ) so I refuse to buy a lot of clothes that I'd typically buy when I'm fitter. Right now my wardrobe is very limited. When we go out I tell him that he looks cuter than I do and that's just not right. . My girls are slaves to Hollister and Abercrombie. I tell them they should wear what they like and what makes them feel good and they say that is what makes them feel good. LOL Now that they are older I can't get away with buying them anything from Target anymore. I'm currently wearing my Target yoga pants and my target tshirt and my old, Old Navy flip flops. When I'm back to my hot mama self then I think I may go crazy shopping.

I used to take the girls to the library all of the time when they were little. They got "new" books every week and it was good time together. We go to B&N quite a bit and after everyone has picked something out it can be over a $100 easily. I have a very hard time saying "no" when the kids want a book. Maybe it is time to revisit the library. I'll still buy mine though.. I'm a corner folder and I highlight, etc. lol

You are demanded to bring one over next time.

The double consonant makes the o short instead of long. ________________________________________

That sucks but good for you for being a good friend. At least she'll be lucky to get good prenatal care.
