Frankly im confused by whole argumet. Ceiminals dot obey the laws. If you honestly think that outlawing guns now will have ANY effect on the ALREADY illegal weapons trade and number of criminals that have access to guns youre sadly mistaken man. It MIGHT make a small dent in the issue but other than that youd just be taking the guns away from the people that choose to obey the law not the ones that are already breaking it. Im curious to see how things will change because of this shit. Weve had ALOT of issues lately with the sheriffs dept, not that they could have dot anything to prevent this exact incident from happening but maybe this will be the catalyst that finally gets shit moving. His brother was an on duty sheriffs officer who was among the hundreds that responded when that call went out. edited for grammar. Funny looking building... what could that be? I think I'll drive by and check it out. If you live there, you're not going to care, but it sticks out to tourists and finding out what it is and getting info about them is super easy. I was tremendously happy that they were able to fit me in the day we called and could go do it. When I got home from my vacation I made a skydive w/in a week. Almost 8 years later, a fiance, a whole shit ton of good times, friends and a couple thousand skydives, I am glad that I saw the place. dosent that sound like a pretty sizeable potential customer market being missed? i havent lived near orlando for about a year and a half, but when i left the area the city wasnt exactly small, lol. This list is isnt all inclusive by no means but the basics would be static rope, ascenders, descenders, some pulleys, prusik cord(personally LOVE the stuff) a RESCUE harness, anchor straps, various lengths and sizes of webbing, a pickoff strap, a shitload o carabeaners(cant ever have too many) and depending on what your enviroment is, a way to get to the top of the landscape be it trees rock faces whaterver. Make SURE every piece of gear is rated for climbig dont go to lowes and buy the cheapest gear you can find. Oh and the most important part of "equipment" someone who TRULY knows what they are doing given the situation, and has the proper TRAINING. Dont find some ude who has been climbing trees all his life but has no clue thow to preform a rescue. Typed this from my phone at work if youre TRULY interested then ill find you stuff more specific later. So, I recently signed up for a Critical Care Paramedic course, and started glancing through the book, well one chapter talks about the most popular fixed wing aircraft used in long distance medical transports, some of the more popular aircraft are the King Air and Cessna, depending on who/where/what they are doing at the time. So im trying to figure out why a PAC or a Twin Otter arent used as well. Basically im looking for some info on the number of jumpers (capacity), fuel consumption, and avg speeds of a King Air, Twin Otter, Cessna (not sure the exact model, just go with like the bigger version), and a PAC750? Figured this would be the place to go, since all 4 planes are very common jump planes. Or, if any of you guys/girls out there know a more direct answer, that works too,
