btw, the 2003 maps on Freefall.com are not entirely accurate for anything either. They are the 'floorplan' for what last year ended up being. It's still a work in progress and as I get updates on it, I'll pass it along. bluez~~~ ----- ~~~Michael

Night jumps rule! btw, who made night jumps a couple years ago - October 13, Friday. Full moon. Unless I missed one, that won't happen again for 25-30 years...

I'm still up in the air about jumping this weekend. I've got a few family commitments that I want to really ditch. But, we'll see. Besides, I do need to visit the compound and see what the koolaid tastes like eh? Even though I've got many night jumps under my belt, count me out on this one. Not enough jumps on the samurai yet to turn the lights out.

First night jump (Yes I bought my beer) is all on video. Scared shitless in the plane. Landed dead center in the peas. Did I mention it was on video?

My parents were in Sycamore all weekend. The fun they missed was down here - Tornado took out a few buildings in an apartment complex right down the road from Sunshine's place...

Totally can relate. Was 1k miles away and moved back 3 weeks ago. There are issues now that the parents are getting older, but it is better to be here now, than not.

Don't get me on the dates, but I think this change went into effect in the neighborhood of 1-2002. Las year was the first year that anyone had to worry about multiple dates...

For the 120 day repack cycle, the magic date is April 12, 2003 for the WFFC. For foreign jumpers, they are subject to the date restrictions of their particular country. The short answer, for U.S. jumpers - yes For Foreign jumpers - whatever their country's rules are

Just a mental note for everyone when attending boogies this year...Your reserve must be in date for the entire event that you are attending, even though you might only be staying for a few days. So make sure your rig is in date prior to showing up at an event.
