I didn't go get my MBA just because I wanted people to call me Master. I did it so that I can build up enough velocity to achieve escape trajectory. law check this out, say you invest as the Waltons have and you make say 100mill. You pay 10% tax on that income. But you can't spend $100mill you have a home and you can only eat so much. So you take say $50mill of that and trow it back over the fence and it makes you another say $100mill in a few years which again you pay 10% tax on and you pull $50mill of that....so in effect you just paid 10% of 10% on $50mill that you will use to live. You "churn" money. You are not adding any real value to the system. The money that is in the system is being used to fuel factories in Asia so that you can sell low end crap at your Wallmart store. So Im' not Pussy Whipped...great that is exactly what I was going for! I respect my admin, and she respects me, we work together to make this office we are in better. We bounce ideas off of one another and I never let her or any of the chick engineers walk all over me. And so far we are doing very very well, so well infact that we get our work done early ahead of schedule and have to wait for others to catch up. Most major banks make more money investing in Asia than they do in the US. And if you want to change that well you will have to make much much much less such that your income is lower than that of China. I've been there done that and per the people I've spoken with others and well....how did a wise older engineer once put it.
