I wanna SCREAM!!!! Okay, I work at Cal, and my building is right next to the Campanile... Well anyone who's been to Cal knows that the Campanile is the "signature" clock tower for Cal. Fair enough, hell I'll buy you all the beer you want :) Honestly tho, if some jack off is gonna rob a bar, I would think it's safe to assume they'd be holding up the bartender, not me. Yeah, I can see that arguement as being more effective. But like Ron also said, it already is illegal to carry while under the influence. I guess one could also argue that if you brought a gun into a bar, there is intent to break the law in the first place. You knew you were carrying and you were going to a bar to drink. .08 can be as little as one or two drinks in an hour depending on weight, that's hardly excessive. Let's also be realistic, how many people go to a bar and not drink? Sure, there's a few, but not many, definitely not a majority. I could agree with the arguement that guns should be allowed in bars if the person were a DD or made sure not to drink, but not because "well thugs will bring guns in regardless of the law, I should be able to do it too" That s just plain stupid. LMAO.. true true... although in my case, the sister machines to this one (this one is going to be converted to a Linux NFS server) will be my DC's and I'm sure as hell not gonna let anyone RDP in and use it as a desktop machine.. yeppers, it was RTM'ed on 4/1. I've been beta testing the Win2k3 flavor (same codeset) and the amd/emt64 version is rock solid and SCREAMS on the dual opteron system I built. One thing to remember is that this is OEM only. Any and all support will be thru the vendor, not MS. you can also only purchase it OEM as well... I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. hey everyone, Yesterday, the cieling was 4000' so we were doing hop n pops out of the cessna. On my 4th, I realized that my PC had completely wrapped around one of the cascades on my brake line. it was a poised exit off the step and I pulled after a 5 count. I'm trying to picture under what circumstances this could have happened and to check and see if there was something I was doing wrong that could have prevented it. I guess it could be just one of those weird things, but I just want to be sure. Any ideas? Also, even tho this time it seems like a minor annoyance, I was wondering if it had wrapped around two or more cascades, it could have affected the brakes on that side? :6:1 5 hop n pops and a 2 way outta the 206 with GP. I actually owe beer for hanging off the strut for the first time. I hardly ever jump the 206 and when I do, it's usually a 2 or more way.
