Wow.. thanks soo much everyone for everything. I just can't say how much it meant to come back here and read all the wonderful responses.. Big group hugs for everyone... I just got back and it's going as expected.... downhill.... Nothing is changing, My kids still live with full time. I can't speculate whatwhat the mediator recommends to the court (Nov 6) aside from a recommendation to appoint a special master. The mediator did say that there couldn't be any major change in custody without a special master in our case, so I guess that is a good thing. Wed Morning I get to meet a mediator and my lovely X wife in the first round of defending myself and what is right for my children. Those that are my friends know I have been going thru hell over the last few weeks, now it's time to put all the cards on the table and let the chips fall where they may. We had backup options, but come on, that plane was AWESOME! Wow, I did the same thing, sometimes I wonder if it's still in the median on Concord Blvd or made some DPW guy really happy one day.... I always thought that if I ever have another SO, was a skydiver (and a ring is involved (lots of if's in there)) when it was over, doing a two way together , taking the ring and spinning it in freefall, watching it spin away.....
