I agree in part. Yes the rich have gotten some lovely tax cuts, but the burden should be shouldered by all of us. They pay quite a bit of the taxes in this country, but if they take a tax hike, those of us on the lower end should have to give more as well. Thanks, Mike. So, just to cover the 1.5T deficit you'd need to tax all corporate profits and all taxable income from millionaires++ at 70%. Well, that's not going to happen. What other "viable" sources of taxable income are there in the USA? I call bullsh*t, it's not like the USA fought some people already living here and took there land that we never gave back....ah crap.
