Yes, life is a choice. People who understand what freedom is and how to exercise true freedom can make a rational decision to end their life. But, a person can also choose happiness and love and live life to the highest degree. It is a love and hate relationship. Use choice theory and make it the best!

decency may be defined differently for different people, but for MOST people, there are common denominators... one could even make the argument quite convincingly that there is perhaps a normal distribution of "decency." there are those things that most people would consider decent. the avatar in question, IMO, would fall pretty far into the "indecent" tail of the bell curve of decency here... some here may find it acceptable, most would not. and while dz.com is no democracy, the "court of public opinion" here certainly holds some sway. IMO, that avatar has no place here and, regardless of it's reference to internet games or whatever, it needs to be removed. And you watch South Park? That is so right! So many faces! Is this the Austin City Limits live CD? If so, I have not heard it, but seen it at the music store. I mean, I've been getting quite a bit of training in preparation to go to Iraq and to date, I've been on zero field problems where my goal was to strap explosives to myself, walk into a hotel, restaurant, police station or school and blow myself up, killing dozens of women and children. If you really want to do something for him, tell him to quit football and join the band and learn music. I played football from 7-12 and what a freaking waste of time! The cop asked if I had been to an oil change place or had my car valet parked recently -- both of which I had done just a few days prior to the theft. He said a lot of thieves work in such places -- they make a copy of the car key and get your address from something in the car. (Or, in the case of the oil change place, they already had my address on file.) Yep, this is true. I have known a few people that have done this. Car stereo installation business as well. I used to have a friend that would go to full service carwash and get in the car as it was rolling out and just drive away! He nailed about 10 cars and never got caught!
