Streaker and I went to three days of dog shows one July. When we got home and opened the front door, it was obvious that our refridgerator had died seconds after we had left. Which brings me to my current question........How long are you considered single? Are you off the market as soon as you have a S.O.? Or is it up until you say, "I Do"? And if it's the latter, is it okay for a person in a relationship, but not married, to: *Go to "Single's" get togethers alone *Bars alone *Parties alone *Dance with other people *Go do things with people of the opposite sex, but not the S.O. Streaker and I have been married for almost 34 years. We each go to bars alone, parties alone, dance with other people, have meals with others. etc. Man, you young people have some really RESTRICTIVE ideas. I didn't participate. It never even occurred to me that I am single. My ex went up to try and catch the garter. When I made a comment, he said, "I'm single." Doh! Of course, if you give your girlfriend an engagement ring, does that still mean you're still single? Not only does that require anteing up to the group throw, but it requires that you make extra effort to catch, especailly since the person who catches it is supposed to be the "next at the altar" and who is more likely to be next? skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Yes, and skip the line about skydiving, change it to something like vacationing with a friend in your beautiful state, while I was learning about American culture. Skydiving brings up thoughts of crazy people in some arenas, and judges are usually rather staid people. He wants to know that you CHOSE to come to his state, to spend money, and that you are European, where they drive faster. He may have a little place in his heart for a visitor. And here I thought he meant snow. I really need to move somewhere warm(er). I'm visiting with my husband in Superior Wisc, where it's winter about 10 months a year. or 11 in a "good year". They live for really bad weather here. They are warning of a bad winter storm next week. I'm interested to see what is bad in their book. I'm going to jump into Lake Tahoe nekkid in Feb. Does that count? Personally, I think Nekkid jumps should count double. Just do me a favor and make sure that Streaker gets a pic, ok?
