uh, has anything been said yet? seems like it should be in the base page. don't see the problem with it on bonfire, if people are going to joke about the consequences of getting caught basing those buildings. Not being a smart ass but did you even read it? How does someone telling about his trip to foreign lands qualify for SC? If it said US=>Germany=>France would it get moved? No Comprende. ETA: Make sure we move any threads about Christmas out of Bonfire also. It is after all about religion.

You can stop there. Anyone doing that is committing felonies, and if they draw the negative attention of other felons, that's their problem. The rest of you post is hypotheticals and not worth a hill of beans. The facts in this case are that law enforcement drew a warrant, knock-and-announced, and forced entry. While entering and shouting "POLICE! SEARCH WARRANT!" a man came at them with a deadly weapon. Officers responded as trained. End result: one tweaker pot head dead, one lawsuit coming. No surprises. What do you want them to do, sit down for tea and cakes? Think about it- how long does it take you to cross a tiny room and hit something with a club? And if you want to say he was half asleep, all I can say is he was up and moving quick before the officers got five feet into the residence. If he was up and moving quick I agree, I just don't see that. Doesn't mean he wasn't, i just don't see it from the video.

I don’t know if this is still the way it is in Pennsylvania but going back about 15 years my brother was charged with (and these are not the exact legal terms) Driving Under the Influence and separately charged with Driving While Over the Legal Limit (at that time I believe it was 0.10, now 0.08). He took it to trial in front of a judge with no jury and represented himself. He beat the driving under the influence charge but could not beat the driving while over the legal limit. I can only guess there are two separate charges so that even if your blood alcohol content is not over the legal limit, for some people your ability to drive could still be impaired. I’m curious what the lawyers here think. Does that make sense? .

Is it completely waterproof? I'm doing a race called Tough Mudder in May, which involves a lot of water obstacles. Would love to use a chest mount with a GoPro, as long as it is waterproof. Good luck with that. Thanks...I think Have you done it? No I haven't. I am signed up for the one in Pennsylvania but because of an injury it is unlikely I will be able to participate this year.
