Here are my two. The large one is Kayla - a 2.5 yr old Malamute/wolf mix. The smaller one is Kody - a 12week old Husky/Wolf mix. Kody is a terror. He growls when you pick him up so he's a handful. Speaking of jump Tix, someone told me that he was going to give me 5 jump tickets that someone gave him. He was leaving some store and someone saw the BAS sticker on his car and offered him some jump tickets since he didn't jump anymore. WhooHooo!! I'm ahead 3 months on my car payments!! I just called the bank today to try and score a lower interest rate on my car loan and I asked the girl why I've been receiving statments with a 0 balance due for the past year. She said that I'm paid up til the payment that is due on December 3rd.!! Technically it's only 2 months, but since I'm paying a little more than what is required, the money works out to be about 3 car payments since I only owe about 140 for the December payment. GEEK POST TECH TALK !!! WOOOP! WOOOP! All non geeks, you may hit the back button and continue PW'ing. ----- Is it possible to do some kind of video relay from one server to another ? What I'm thinking of doing is hosting a web cam (surveillance) at my house (slow upload) to my webhost provider (OC-3 Baby!!) and then serving that video stream from that server ? Get it ?? ServerA with webcam--->ServerB----> multiple viewers. ? The reason is that I want to keep an eye on my new puppy with my older dog...just to watch them. Most large screen TVs that have the "monitor" ability can normaly only run a resolution of 800x600. If you go any higher you get the hz skip you described. From a distance it looks like lines are running down your screen. Try lowering your resolution and see how that works. Just my 2cents. I looked into buying a bigger higher priced TV set when I was replacing my old one. I thought it would be cool to also use it as a computer monitor.. Then I read the specs and found it's limitations. Their just not made for the resolutions a nice graphics card (GPU) can produce these days. Yeah, what he said. Or you can try using a different power source. I had that problem with my projector system. We use Svideo, but I had to have a special power source put in to solve some interference issues I was having. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! I'll be there for GC. I will also be out at Hollister tomorrow and then take off at 6 or whatever to make it over to the beach. Peter, let me know what needs to be done, or whoever is organizing this GC. If possible, let Phlip jump and I'll take his place with GC.
