  1. __________________________________ You're jokin'!? Is this guy the illegitimate son of Gerald Ford? Chuck Nope. Not joking. ___________________________________ Good Lord! That's funny. Well, if I recall correctly, when W first ran for the presidency, his own daddy said, something to the effect that W wasn't the brightest bulb in the box. Chuck

  3. __________________________________ Try to keep up! After all, this 'is' your thread! This shits really got you shook, huh? P.S. Yup! Took my meds like a good boy! Chuck
  4. Aw hell. Go with her. What would it hurt. You might make a new friend. Could be fun. Chuck
  5. __________________________________ That's what I PM'd as my 'guess'! I just haven't heard any results one way or the other. Chuck There are only two people in both Pulp Fiction and The Wedding Singer, and I just couldn't believe that was Steve Buscemi. __________________________________ He was my first thought but... the nose... Alexis was the only other choice. Chuck
  6. Doh! Anyhow, Alexis Arquette was my guess. Did I win? Huh, huh? Chuck
  7. ________________________________ I was referring to the woman's multiple personalities. Your original post, 'hinted' at that. Chuck

  9. One of her asked you to go to the movies with her. Your problem is... which one is actually going to go. Wow! Not an enviable situation. Just bow-out gracefully and hope, for the best! Chuck
  10. Started out good? While on vacation, ignores PDB about plans to fly airplanes into buildings. Ignores Richard Clarke and his team completely. That was a good start? Really? _________________________________________ Oops! I left-out the part about... then, he was sworn in! Chuck
  11. Excellent way to celebrate this day! Chuck
  12. What SpeedRacer said! I think, 'W', started-out good but went downhill, after that. Let's see... 9 more to think of... I'll get back with you on this. Hmmmmmmmm.... Chuck
  13. yeah, that happened just a year or two. I'm no fan of Hanoi Jane, but wtf kind of infantile loser just walks up & spits tobacco juice on someone then runs out of the room? He should have looked her in the eye & told her what he thought of her. Instead he winds up looking like a 3 year old. oh, but here's another thought about the made up stories (such as the note-passing story, etc.) if what Jane Fonda did in real life was so bad, why are people spreading made-up rumors to exaggerate what she actually did? __________________________________________ I think, it goes back to the old thing where, you line-up 5-people and whisper a joke to the first person in line and tell them to pass it on. Compare the last 'version' with the original. Chuck
  14. ____________________________________ That's O.K. Nothing says you can't celebrate! Hell! You're IRISH! It's required of you! Chuck
  15. IIRC, that was at a book-signing thing in Kansas City. I don't think most people would approve of that at all, but I do think most understood what was behind it. To Ms. Fonda's credit, she took it and did not file charges. Walt _______________________________________ Well, that was rather fair of her. Seeing as how noone brought charges against her. Yup! she's a real stand-up gal! That's one of the really neat things about this country. You and I can dis-agree on something but, I still, think you're a neat guy. This ol' world would be pretty dull if, we all agreed on everything. By the way, thank you for remembering where that incident happened. Chuck Chuck
  16. I saw a report on the evening news, awhile back. FWIW Jane Fonda was 'meeting and greeting' some folks when one man, eased-up to greet her. Rather than shake her hand when she approached him, he spit in her face. Just so happened, the man was a Viet Nam Vet. When asked about it later, the Vet replied that, he had waited many years to do that. What goes around, comes around. Chuck
  17. It hasn't been mentioned here, while Jane was in N. Viet Nam, she also slapped the face of a U.S. pilot, shot-down over 'enemy territory'. That's documented. Her half-assed apology, don't cut it. I think, she was wrong in what she said or did. It might have been different, had she said what she did on U.S. soil but, to go into 'enemy territory' and say it... wrong answer. I think, she should've been brought up on charges but, she wasn't. So, in the eyes of our laws... she's innocent. To me, she was wrong and always will be. She's the one who has to live with herself. That war, might have been wrong but, our troops were hip-deep in that mess and like it or not, they needed our support. Those guys were doing their job and were sworn to do that job. Natalie Maines, said what she did about Pres. Bush and the whole country turned on her. Her mouth is no bigger than Jane Fonda's. The whole Jane Fonda mess will be debated for a long, long time and there's always going to be two sides. I take the side that says she was wrong. JMO Chuck
  18. 'That's a really sweet piece of ass you're gettin' ther, Bud! Believe me... I know!' Chuck
  19. ______________________________________ Good Song! I can see where, it could really get into your head. Try thinking of another song like... 'It's a small world af-terrr-allll!
  20. __________________________________ You know, that makes a lot of sense! That way, the ones you don't like the most, won't last as long as the ones you want to last, will last. Chuck
  21. ________________________________ Taylor, is a born entertainer with a helluva singing voice. He gets a lot of 'flack' but doesn't let it get him down. He's got that 'good ol' boy attitude and can play the hell out of a harmonica. I've got to agree about Mandisa. Girl's got some pipes on her! Whew! Of all the girls though, I really like Kelly. She sings good and has personality dee-luxe! Chuck
  22. That's funny! What? He's wantin' airline peanuts or a martini? Funny picture! Chuck
  23. ____________________________________ That's it, just let it out! Let it all out. I can't say, I am as upset as a result of the voting but, I really have to agree with you. Chicken Little is the next Donny Osmond... just not as many teeth as Donny. There is a place for that boy in Branson, Missouri! I'm sure, the little 'bubble-gummers', just love that boy to death. Along with elderly women. As for Ace... that boy is sure proud of that mug of that mug of his. To me, his singing is 'flat' and almost monotone. He's better than any sleeping pill. He's dull on stage... yet, the two of them stay!? What's with that? (This 'critic' stuff is really fun!)
