  1. She only 'dabbled' in witchcraft and hung around some people involved in witchcraft. She probably wasn't smart enough to pass the test to be a witch. Chuck
  2. What? You mean, theu can't read the damned thing before they vote on it? Or, do they just read the 'rider' they want passed? Politicians... sheeesh! Chuck
  3. It's the bottom string. I don't think, the top, wound string would work. Chuck
  4. The E or first string works real good. Clean periodically with a little WD-40 and a clean rag. Chuck
  5. Horsemeat isn't regulated. Horses taken to slaughter in Mexico, could be diseased, contain chemicals like, de-wormers and other medications that are not meant for 'human consumption'. Horses are not inspected at the slaughter houses... just killed and butchered. Who knows, at the buyer end what they are getting. Chuck
  6. It's not just the 'big guys' who mis-treat animals. I've seen 5-mustangs standing in a 12'x14' foot stall. A large round-bale of hay just outside their stall, A water tank so over-grown with algae, it was not drinkable. I've seen horses standing in tiny stalls in their own urine and feces. You could count their ribs from 300-yds. I could go on and on and the way I see it, fi a person is not going to properly care for an animal, they should not have them. I've seen many feed-lots for cattle, I've seen really good ones and I've seen some bad ones. I've seen bad chicken, swine and dairy farms that were absolutely deplorable. I would have to say, the bad ones are the minority. As for those mustangs I mentioned, I got with an employee of BLM and the horses were re-adopted and one of them turned-out to be a darned good roping horse. I've turned-in other horse owners to the humane society for mal treatment. I think, if people are so abhored by the treatment of animals they know about, speak-up. Otherwise, nothing will be done about the problem. It's true... the squeaky wheel does get the grease. Chuck
  7. As a horse owner, I 'feel' for the horses being slaughtered. With the economy the way it is, many, many, horse owners are selling to the 'killers' or just cutting them loose to fend for themselves. Some of these horses are registered and damn fine animals. There is a huge market for horse meat in Europe and Asia. I live near a highway that leads to Presidio, Texas and on to Mexico. On that highway, I see truckload after truckload of horses going to the slaughterhouses in Mexico. They are shipped there because the last horse slaughterhouse was shut-down in Texas. Sadly, too many of the horses on those trailers are stolen. There are no check-points looking for stolen horses on this or the other side of the border. By the time a horse is reported stolen, it's too late. The mustangs are protected but they wind-up on the killing floor too. We do have an over-abundance of horses in this country and possibly, the slaughterhouse is the answer for keeping their numbers in check. I would like to see inspection stations on this side of the border, so as to save stolen horses. Making it mandatory for each driver to go through the inspection stations. Chuck
  8. She keeps hangin' around that pseudo 'hockey mom', she will! Chuck pseudo ? none of her kids played hockey ? I think, her son plays or did play. According to her almost son-in-law, she never took her kid to a practice or game. Personally, I think she's actually a 'bottle brunette' with blonde roots. (boy... am I gonna get flack for that crack!) Chuck
  9. Sort-of yes. Palin went around the country campaigning on behalf of helping several previously-obscure Tea Party candidates. To Palin's political credit, several of them won, including O'Donnell. It was a smart strategy by Palin's political staff; the results have definitely boosted Palin's political influence, obviously in preparation for 2012. I really can't believe that people really pay attention to Palin! I guess, it's like anything else... get it out there and keep it out there and people will buy it. Oh my gravy! Chuck RW idiots crave people like her. You really can't blame her, Bush or any RW morons, they are a product of the desire people with limited intellect crave and Palin, O'Donnell deliver. If, that is true about the mice... can you just imagine the size of the heads on those little critters? Chuck

  12. That's a thought! Or, put their penis in a vise, remove the handle, hand them a dull rusty knife and set the barn on fire!
  13. Boy oh boy, does that bring back memories! In the summer, some of my customers would offer me lemonade or a soda. In the winter, it was hot chocolate. I had one customer, who had a mean-assed German sheperd he'd turn loose on collection day. I let the jerk go about a month and finally, I figured-out how I could get past that damned, nasty dog! I brought some hot dogs with me and chunked them over the fence for the dog. I worked-up the courage and eased through the gate. The dog started growling at me and I flipped a hot dog to him. He softened fairly quick and I knocked on the jerk's door. His eyes looked like an owl when he saw me. With no words spoken, he handed me the money he owed me and from then on, he'd leave the paper money in the mail box. As for the dog... I hoped, he'd take a big chunk out of his owner's ass for making me go through that! Chuck
  14. Not enough of them kill themselves! You obviously have no children ,to think so liberal,! There's a place in New Mexico where 'offending' priests are sent by the Church to 'lay low' till the 'heat' dies down. After awhile, the priests are sent to other parishes. There's no telling, how much 'hush money' has been spent by the Catholic Church to cover 'offending' priests. Chuck
  15. Not 'like' they actually ARE Thieves (they steal a childs childhood and innocene) they ARE rapists and some actually ARE murderers (although not all of course) actually the more I think about it the more i have no sympathy with them in the slightest. You're right! Let 'em get some of their own medicine in the slammer... forever. All this 'bleedin' hearts' stuff about rehabilitation doesn't work with pedophiles and people need to realize that. Chuck
  16. Why, should they get 'special treatment'? They are criminals, just like theives, murderers, rapists and serial killers. Every other prisoner is subject to the same things and as far as I'm concerned are 'sick', also. Chuck
  17. I can understand your sympathy towards pedophiles but therapy, psychiatry, medication and all that has been tried to 'cure' pedophiles... it just doesn't work. All that can be done for them is keep them locked-up and away from children. Chuck
  18. Well ya, we only catch the dumb ones.......... This one falls in the extremely dumb catagory, What really makes me laugh is, all these dumb-asses have to video everything they do then, post the video on the internet! Police agencies all over the country are catching all sorts of criminals by checking you-tube! Chuck
  19. Have you been hangin' with BillyVance? Chuck
  20. Just heard this on the news... some guy in California is selling ice cream with pot in it! It's O.K., the carton has a warning label: 'Keep out of the reach of children!' Like that's gonna help? Chuck
  21. I have a feeling, this is not an isolated incident. The kid's mother was just dumb enough to video it and got caught. Chuck
  22. The Pope should condemn it. It's incurable. A lot of folks think that pedophilia 'is' curable but it is not. I've read studies of prisoners, locked-up for that crime in prisons throughout this country. They were asked what they would do upon release. The over-whelming response from them was; "Find a kid!' Those priests who molested kids should be locked-up for the rest of their lives! Chuck
