  1. I can agree with you on that.
  2. Actually if you have an AAD then you need to not only know your own limits, but also the limits of your AAD. As you said earlier they can cause problems such as a Two Out situation. Plenty of people consider an AAD to be a switch on and forget device. That just isn't true. It needs to be taken into account on every jump.
  3. It really is like you said a "personal decision". I have never owned an AAD of any kind. The only jumps I have done with one were student jumps and the few times I have rented gear. That said it is a risk that I am willing to accept. You need to ask your self if you are willing to accept the risk of not having an AAD.
  4. I didn't see any bridge in that picture. Guess I will have to look again.
  5. But you didn't stay at a Holliday Inn Express. So you still don't know anything about Catholics.
  6. In what direction? I have family near Morelia and it would be nice if this dropzone is towards the north west.
  7. Do you remember your AFF exit?? check left, check right, Up, Down, EXIT! ARCH ARCH ARCH
  8. I submit that everyone lives in their own seperate reality. We all see things in our own unique way. Those of similar realitys tend to group together and develop a group reality, yet each member still maintains a certain amount of uniqueness. Ok Ok I am just rambling. In my unique reality this helps fill in the boredom of work.

  10. And you think we should trust the Gov. with our personal safety???!
  11. You gotta have freeflying in it. You could have some video on a projector. I have lots of raw freefly video and an edited short video.
  12. Sooo you think that as soon as person who is licensed to carry a concealed weapon goes to college they become irresponsible and are more likely to shoot people???
  13. That is pretty fucked up. How can people not realize when they are backed into a corner and react accordingly. Just lay down and wait to die is not the proper reaction.
  14. No, just those who are legally allowed to carry concealed weapons. BTW those are the same arguements that people used to appose CCW laws. They proved wrong.
  15. You're assuming that none of the "Rambo"'s would hear any of the shots being fired.
  16. I don't think so, the worst that can happen is you live the rest of your life as a quadrepaligic. At least that is what I would consider to be worse the dying.
  17. That is a very small percentage of criminals. Most would be deterred by CCW.
  18. That is not accurate. I read on CNN that the question was whether or not he had been involuntarily committed. If so then he would be ineligiable to buy a gun. He was not involuntarily committed.
  19. There are plenty of examples of people who think God has commanded them to kill. Just look at all Islamic terrorist organizations.
  20. I get all of mine from China they love you long time, and you can get 12 for the price of 1. Do you keep them in the basement and beat them twice day? I do it keeps the happy and content. They never try to run.
  21. well you have to protect your investment. Slaves are expensive.
  22. I wouldn't repack it, but if you are worried about it then you should go ahead and repack it just so you don't have that rattling around in the back of your mind.
  23. Those incidents alone would not indicate a homicidal maniac. What he did could hardly be predicted.
  24. Not likely. Just because someone acts antisocial or even psychotic doesn't mean they will go off and kill a bunch of people and as long as they don't make any threats to people there isn't much anyone can do. With out direct threats or any physical evidence of intent how can you know some one will become a threat?
