They actually have crocs that look like real shoes now! It's weird. OP, you might actually find what you're looking for in one of the new styles of crocs. I feel dirty in a not good way when I think one of the new pairs of crocs is cute but some of them actually are kinda cute. & they're still just as comfortable as the old uggo ones.

What kind of work attire do you wear? Business casual? can you wear jeans? Are you wearing suits? Khakis? If its nicer casual wear, I love pumas & they look great on guys. but pumas don't go with suits

Bullshit. In the entire history of mankind, there has never been one recorded instance of a zombie getting back up after being hit in the head with a 5 inch stiletto heel. Not one. ok but what if you get those crazy fast zombies where really the only effective thing is an automatic? you'd be zombie meat before stilletto made contact. and I doubt stilletto to the neck would be nearly as effective on a zombie as it is to a fully living person.

dont forget that high heels especially stillettoes also make very good emergency weapons. hit somebody with them in the face and they're going down. but you would be right on the not so effective against zombies thing.

Anyone involved in the College Scholarship Selection Process?

I went through that just a little while ago. What I was told is that it matters less what you do but how you do it. They don't care if you're in 50 different things that sound impressive. They'd rather see you in 2-3 things that you show dedication to. A few years in the same volunteer program or becoming a captain/primary officer of a club or two looks better. Also, their test scores should hopefully reflect their grades. If you haven't, set up profiles for them on http://www.fastweb.com/ It's a sight that organizes TONS of scholarships & will tell you which ones you are eligible for based on your profile. There are a lot of scholarships that no one applies to and they'll just give it to whomever applies. Don't just go for the big full time ride types either. $500 is books for a few semesters if you're careful with it, and fewer people apply for those thinking why bother. But a couple $500 scholarships add up. Hope this helps & good luck to them -

Yeah... hurricanes and tornados an tsunami's are a lot more fun actually I've only ever dealt with a hurricane here. & I live in Tampa so most skirt around the bay anyway. It's good to live here, mother nature doesnt hate it as much apparently
