Good morning gang! I ended up not jumping yesterday (I woke up just not "feeling it") - it turned out the winds were a bit crazy, so I made a good call not going to the DZ. I've been down for a few days ... I'm hoping it's just hormonal and I'll friggin' snap out of it ... I need some coffee ... quick ... or I'll crawl back into bed ... O

I know ... I bought her the ticket, so it's really my fault ... 3.5months with mom is 3 months too many. Take in consideration that I haven't seen her in 15 years, and you have a recipe for disaster. She won't stop about how I've changed - duh!!! A lot has happened in 15 years ... O -

Good morning gang! Woke up to some beautiful weather ... sitting here, debating - should I go jump at my DZ? should I go to CPI and do helicopter jumps? should I go on the boat with my friend? (Ugh ... I just want my mother to go away ... ta-ca-ta-ca-ta-ca-ta-ca-ta-ca-ta-ca already this morning ). Got drunk dialed by V-B last night again ... being very sweet - told him to call me back when sober and tell me those same things. He did ... I got a call at 3am, just as he was gearing up to go up for the first jump of the day. O

I hope I'll find it funny some day too, but right now it just makes my skin crawl ... My cell phone rang and she just walked into my bedroom to bring it to me. My yelling "nu veni aici" (translation - "don't come in here") made no difference. She walked in, got startled, screamed ... than walked out really fast. To this day she claims she didn't see anything. Yeah right ... O -

Am I the only one who loves her mother, but wants to strangle her at least 3 times a day? She has been visiting me for the past 3 months … and boy, has she overstayed her welcome. There is nagging me about being single, nagging me about spending too much time on my computer, forcing me to eat all that greasy food that she spent all that time making (she’s a master at guilt trips) … and the list can go on. Oh, I forgot that time when she barged in my bedroom, catching me having sex with my boyfriend. Ugh, I’m too old for that shit. Two more weeks and she’s on her way … I’m having a hard time hiding my enthusiasm. O -

For an educated, emancipated and independent woman, I'm quite traditional in certain aspects. I have been fighting my habit of putting all my eggs in one basket for quite some time. When I date someone, is that one person only ... and my loyalty carries over into the relationship. So far, it hasn't worked out all that great for me - fidelity may have been a virtue at some point ... not anymore ... O

Well ... I heard of "name that rack" threads, but "name that package"? When I did a topless jump at Perris, my now ex-bf was fiercely guarding me so no one can see me. When I asked what's wrong with him, he replied "I don't want you to end up in the 'name that rack' thread". I didn't know what he means until I started posting here a few weeks back. O
