Yes, I used to target about 200 per year. With a new family I only got about 100 per year for a while. Now I am at about 350 per year (last 12 months, not Jan-Dec) and want 500. I will be very happy with 400 though. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

That's not a pretty sight even without the bruise!! And, Outch!!!! Was that with a PLF or without??? Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

I do think that I deserve the use of a cypress. However, I will be jumping while mine is in for the 8-year service next month and that is also my choice. I do have a few hundred jumps without a cypress due to not owning one when I bought my first rig, cypress checkups, borrowing gear, etc. Jumping with an AAD is my choice and I prefer to have one. But I will still jump without one when it works out that way. Hell, 1500 jumps mostly with a cypress and have not had it fire. If I end up eating it during the 20 or so jumps without one, then it might just be my time. Shoot, I went to church last Sunday, that should help me some. I'm going to skip the Bill and Kev argument and just go back to the personal info. I jump with a cypress, I prefer that I have an AAD on my rig and on Tandem Rigs. I will jump my personal rig (or borrowed gear) without a cypress. I will not jump a tandem rig without an AAD - it is someone's life with me and I think they deserve the benefit of what the manufacturers suggest by using the device (Tandem must be equipped with AAD) Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

Lisa, I got an e-mail from Shelly, I already have it marked on my schedule. It should be fun. A big BBQ at star farms, a swim in the lake.... Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

You are just soooo old. Hell, SEB and Me just had our birthday's last weekend (both are on Sunday, too weird) and that whipper snapper is only 28!! I just turned a young 35. Back on topic. Don't let the "SkyGod" attitude stop you from learning some good RW basics. If you are going to stay with skydiving for a long time, you will learn how to live with the people at the DZ. We belong to a small community and all have to deal with DZ crap. Heck, I'm even trying to learn some basic Free Flying. You want to see funny, watch me try and sit fly. I will probably always be a belly flyer, but I do want to get in 100 or so FF jumps for the experience. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

Oh Yum, she's a skydiver already. Amber, watch out for Clay, he can be a baaaaad boy. Also, if you want to try "almost" anything, you need to try it in California!! Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

OK, now how is a guy from IL going to get a "good" (meaning few cloths) picture of a girl in Texas?? Hmm, Ok, I'll send PayPal, do you want me to send enough for tuition or just books??? Although, selling pics of skydiving girls to support your habbit might be a good idea. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

I want to thank HH for the added features on the forum, this place is pretty damn cool. I have also been looking at the bunch of new photos that show up with each user profile on the left side of the posts. Some of you guys are just a little off!! But I love you all any way. However, I want to know where the full size photo is of Jumper Paula??? The little photo below her profile information looks like a bikini dive or something even better. So Paula, where did the pic come from and where are the rest?? I figured I should stir up some discussion since the "my girlfriend" and "the bet" topics had shown up again. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

There are a couple of advantages, the blocks will never break, the blocks will never loop around something. However, they are not ment for people who do a whole bunch of front riser stuff. For example, CReW folks prefer 2X1 loops with the extra ring and line to give a large advantage (like a single pully). You can do rotations a lot better with the extra advantage. I use blocks because I only need a very little advantage for front risers and I don't use them very often. It will all just depend on how much you want to work with the fronts and how much advantage you want. Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

Sorry, I won't be there, but you have a great time and kick some 4-way butt!! Saturday I'm jumping @ Skydive Santa Barbara and Sunday I'm going on glider rides with my wife for our anniversary (we are each taking a flight). Not the same topic, but wanted to say good luck to you. :::OK, Canopy is Open, No Traffic Around, .. Why are these "Extra" Lines Draping Down??, Damn!
