As of today at about 12 noon, my brother and I are grounded (Me: skydiving, getting the PPL. Him: Finishing his helo license... he is THIS close, too!) until an issue we have going on is settled, to protect both of our interests. If something happened to either one of us another party would greatly benefit and that is something we or my Dad wouldn't ever want to happen. Any type of "risky" extracurricular activities are hereby suspended until further notice. We're thinking by the end of the summer everything should be resolved. If not, a promise is a promise. So about an hour ago my cell phone slipped out of my pocket and into the bath tub where I was washing our scuba gear. I took the SD card out but I am afraid to take it with me to the cell phone store tomorrow because I don't want to have to turn it over in order to get a new phone. Very well put shah, can't tell you how many times I've sat all day at my home DZ soaking in the vibes and re-aligning the planets. We were having some pretty heavy and overwhelming kid issues a few years back, and just being around people that had something positive goin' on, and didn't want anything from me was refreshing. Wendy who posts on here, use to come up to me and ask if I was jumping today or just recovering......she'd take me aside, let me vent, give me a hug and even though everything wasn't all better I knew that 'my world' was a good place and the worm would eventually turn. Awww.... thanks for looking out!! A couple of my girlfriends thought they were funny because I had it in my hands when I walked into the restaurant, texting with the new guy, and then put it in my jacket pocket. That was when their fuckery began... A couple of the things they wrote on my Facebook could've really gotten me into trouble, I mean like getting dumped trouble, and it wasn't even true. After they gave me my cell back I was afraid to look to see if they texted him anything directly. They didn't. And I told them they were fucking lucky they didn't. How old are we again??? Yeah, everyone knew my Dad was a cop and they all knew us kids, even in other towns. So, imagine this: Senior year of high school, drinking on one of the greens at the country club... Yup, here comes the cops. Everyone starts running, including me, laughing my ass off. I tripped over a sprinkler head on a fairway (still have a small scar on my shin) and the cop was like, "Why are you guys running? She's Tomasello's kid. You're not getting in trouble. Just take the empties with you." Oh... I went down to Elon to visit my best friend when she was at college. We were still underage at the time. Drinking in public at some kinda outdoor party. Someone yells "THE LAW!!" and everyone freaking turns and burns. I'm like "F it. I'll take a drinking in public ticket. The officer asked me why I didn't run like everyone else. I was like, it's just a ticket, not a big deal. My best friend then tells the cop my Dad was also a cop. I didn't get a ticket but she still did. She was f'ing PISSED!!! I could've been a police officer, literally had the job handed to me... and I don't have an ounce of lesbian in me. I turned it down because I was afraid of getting hit in the face. And let me tell you something else... NJ's ticket recipients are lots and lots and lots of females. The red light camera program will surely drive the percentage of females getting tickets up.
