For Nac I hope this helps someone as much as it does me by writing it down. Your just getting stable in your sit and you go out on some 2 ways and they leave you behind on the exit every time (it's still my life). The trick is to sit into the relative wind. if your exiting back into the relative wind you want to drop of not jump ball up a little and roll foreward so you're sitting facing the earth(you don't want to be looking at the people who exited before you. you want to be facing the ground in a sit). If your facing the prop then do the reverse and use the plane as a refrence. I'm barely getting the hang of it but it's helping tons............I would appreciate any critique or further thoughts on this from you good freeflyers. Agreed.....I'm in close to the same position, but Atair has a slight problem in that their factories are closed for 2 weeks in the summer(which I think needs to be communicated to the customer) I spoke to Dan and in short I didn't like what he told me but I did understand which makes it a lot easier to take that and the fact that I didn't sell my spectre. The next shipment of canopies from the factory gets in in the next week hopefully both ours will be in it

I post positive feedback about mfg's products and services. It's to be expected that I post the negative. Should I not post about a potentialy hazardous situation because it's negative for a mfg? This situation could have been avoided with good communication

Ok I talked to Dan it seems my order was processed 2 weeks after I faxed it because I had to send in a gift certificate and the order could not be processed without it so this puts us at 9 weeks instead of 11.

Amen It's two sides of the same coin and the money wins everytime. I in no way believe that theres much difference between the 2 parties because money drives politics and the same people give money to both sides

I am not accusing you or anyone of personally being racist just saying that if you support the power structure thats in place then you support raciscim. I would feel bad about your being offended but my grandfather wasn't and he's a staunch republican(as a matter of fact he was part of the power structure). As far as voting to change this country don't make me laugh what a complete waste of my time. The only way to make change in this country is with money.....lots of it

actually I totally disagree with the Rev as much as I disagree with the KKK. I do feel however that blacks in America are owed at least a decent education if you want to look at that as reperations then fine. As I said before I will get mine and I realize that I will have to fight for it. I am no ones victim and I want nothing from you, but there are plenty of children living in squallor with 1 or no parents who look to criminals for role models these are the people I feel who are owed something. I really treid to stay out of this The only reason is because they were white. Integration with Blacks has always been discouraged and once assimalated the "Micks, Wops, etc..." had the blacks to pick on. You have no idea what it's like and to compare you and your freinds being assaulted to something like the attrocities of the KKK is thoughly insulting

DWB (Driving While Black) it's happened at least 4 times, Being harrased by police on spring brake in South Carolina on our way to Fl because I was the only black person in the car with 4 girls and 1 other white guy, Being denied a rental house(I forget the reason they gave but it was so obvious, substanderd education and then people get mad about quotas things are not fair right now but it's fine as long as the scale tips your way, judicial system(blacks recieve longer sentences then whites), and since they usually have less access to $$$ which =justice in this country will be less likely to defend themselves...........The list goes on and on yet the only time white people get upset is when the scale tips the other way then life is unfair and they bitch........Crack not a problem till white suburbanites start getting hooked (no one cared about the epidemic it had become in the inner city). Now try to tell me all this doesn't stem from slavery. I accept the fact that this is human nature at that if your on top you don't want to be at the bottom again, and if the situation was reversed it would be exactly the same only blacks would be in power and would not want to give it up. The way the power structure is just is and most of you support it which in turn means you support raciscim(sorry but thats the way it is) Like I said I accept this for what it is my parents worked hard to provide me an education and I have plenty of oppotunity but I'm lucky and even with all that I can truly say that I feel that it's me Vs America On another note were all living in a country that was totally jacked from another people

I just got of the phone with Atair and they said I might get my canopy in 4 weeks (they'll know in 2 weeks). That means IF it gets here in 4 weeks I'll have waited 14 weeks which is 40% longer then the 8-10 weeks they said it would take. Now what really pisses me off is that with all the modern technology available to them Atair still didn't know if my canopy was coming. Right now I'm so close to telling them to keep the canopy and getting one from a different manufacturer (even though I really love the canopy) because it's the only way to truly let them know how I feel about the service I'm receiving. Even worse is the possibility that this is what will happen if I have to send it in to them to have something done to it in the future. I do know this if the canopy isn't there in 2 weeks then I'll be looking around for sure. After having said all that am I being unrealistic? Or is this just the norm in the parachute industry and I just need to live with it

They don't make full kegs in the US they were 1/2 kegs which hold 14 gallons and change........just wish it had been beer instead of that miller lite water crap

I like Downwinders there fun a little scary but lots of fun. They just take a little practice but once you know you can land downwind you always know you have that as an out and won't freak out if thats the only option thats presented to you
