Just wanted to take a minute to say Kudos to Larsen and Brusgaard for their awsome customer service. I bought a Pro-Track at Fort Dodge last fall and about a month ago it stoped working properly. I emailed L&B and got a reply from Mads Larsen himself asking me to ship the unit to them. Within 2 days of receving my unit they had a brand new Pro-Track in the mail to me at no charge. Why can't all companies treat their customers so well? Anyway, thanks to L&B for delivering such great customer service to go along with a KICK ASS product!
