So you didn't roll into the shop and feel bad that your sticker on the windshield said 370 days?? When you knew you shoulda been there long before that??? Well the car isn't in that good of shape and it's kinda beat up so all the places i brought it to said no and sent me away. Took awhile to find a shop that would take it.

I am sure you will be posting here now that you have given up tadpolse for lent..... Man, that was such a hard decision... but a sacrifice I had to make for my religion. God spoke to me this morning. He said, "Karen, do the right thing. Those tadpoles that you love to play with.... give them up for lent. You need a break anyway after that Puerto Rico trip". And then he said, "Get your ass to confession this Saturday, too." Who goes to church on Saturday!? My parents used to make me and my brothers go to Friday or Saturday mass and it sucked.

I'm not trying to start a fight. I'm just saying what he said was dumb. To me personally it came off as pretty judgmental. People like him are the reason I keep it in. There is nothing to learn. If it was general to all people with depression that would be one thing but you are basically calling someone out about their feelings (which are personal and individualized). You are basically saying "I don't see why your life is so bad. You shouldn't be depressed. Give me a good reason for you to be depressed." No offense but that's pretty douchebagish. No one should have to justify themselves to you or anyone else. I don't get what you're trying to get at with the "I'm hungry" thread idea. It seems completely unrelated.
