Because kittens are pets. Minnows and nightcrawlers aren't. I think that's awful!! I'm not really a cat person but those poor kittens and those bad fishermen!!

Well, the reason I had planned to go ahead and take next week off was so I could get our new place set up and get ready to go to CA for a couple of parties. But, they both cancelled on me today!!! one week away, and they F&%*$(# cancel!!! I'm no happy about it... at all.

Just an update... I am taking next week off then starting my new job the follwing Monday. I don't want to say where until it's definite! But, I will know tomorrow afternoon I think. FYI... we don't have our home computer up yet, and it probably won't be for AT LEAST another week. If anyone needs, or wants, to get ahold of us, feel free to PM me and I will give you our cell number.

Well, that's my plan in the future. Right now we need both incomes for a little while. I really wish I could get my parties up and going so I could do that full time. Isn't there anyone in South Florida looking to buy some toys???

Yes, I do the parties, but I don't do them enough. If I can do a lot more, then yes, I would just do that and jump. Until I can get my customer base built up down here then I will have to have a real job too. I'm a very positive and optimistic person. This just opens the doors to a lot more possibilities, that's all. I'm still pissed off about it though!

I just found out that next Thursday is my last day at work. I love working here and I love what I am doing. My day is ruined and I am so incredibly upset. Is there any one in the Tampa/ Z-hills area hiring???

This is my little girl... her name is Slider. She is an Australian Shephard and will be 6 in November. I love her with all of my heart... more than I thought I could ever love a "dog." But she is SO much more than that to me!

Vanilla, you are exactly right. Just enough to let them know that "Mommy is mad at me" and it'll work. The best punishment is to let the dog know you are upset. They love you so much that it is devistating to know that they let you down. Hitting them only makes them lose their trust for you. EeneR: I know you are talking in general and not about ALL people who breed their dogs. There are very responsible breeders out there and they should be acknowledged as well.
