I find it hard to believe that with all those kids in the car, anyone can even begin to make the case that she took the car without permission. Seatbelts? So, no matter how you look at it, those kids were dead, and the only other possibility was that they might've taken a parent with them. I can see how another scenario would lead to the discussion of "where were the parents?" but not this one, and this one is really bothering me, because it leaves the facts of the situation in the dust while everyone is off speculating in the stratosphere. rl *I'll tell you something. All I can say is "Wow!" I've had sex with pretty men and with men who are nowhere near pretty, and how I've felt about them always comes down to what's in their hearts and minds. It's become so ingrained in me that I'm no longer instantly attracted to anyone just because of that person's looks. I remember meeting someone who was probably one of the funniest looking base jumpers I've ever run across, and the minute he opened his mouth, lightning struck, the earth moved and I was hopelessly in love. It doesn't add up because you do not have all of the facts. You are only privy to certain pieces of the puzzle, and therefore, you cannot connect the dots. That is perfectly understandable. And there is no need to connect the dots in this forum, because it was only a base issue when it was believed that Scott had been left dead/dying after a base jump. There was no base jump, no one died, there was no body left behind, and it has nothing to do with base. This thread is about leaving a jumper behind, not about who did what to whom, who knew what when, and whether the identities of some of the participants are genuine or otherwise.
