Your pies were made with canned whip cream, they just sat on the counter for an hour while we were trying to get Zoe away from you long enough to pie you. I hate it when people put all that other crap in pies, it should be either a real pie or whipped cream. It should be fun, not gross. Rick, for your 1000, i personally guarantee, no gross stuff. Amy is simply an extraordinary person who just happens to be an awesome skydiver. Sitting in the loading area for round one at nationals, i looked over at her and asked her how long before the competition jitters go away. She smiled really big and said, "Never!" Later the next day, i think round seven, on the plane she put her hand on my shoulder and asked if the jitters went away yet, when i said no, she told me, "Good, nothing else we do makes us feel this way and we are lucky for that." Both times she totally calmed me down. Happy birthday Amy! Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I made sure to time it since i saw this post this morning and i wasn't going to vote till after lunch. From the time i parked till the time i got back in my truck to leave was 8 minutes. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Kind of. The only modification that i have ever heard of to fix a hard opening one was an H-mod. All the other stuff doesn't matter, they either open hard or soft, period. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Yup, funny stuff. Aggiedave did that to me on one of my recurrency dives i did. I was going through handle checks when he started a hard and fast right turn. I just let him go He's a lot bigger than me anyway. I plan on doing the same thing to another friend of mine who is going this month to get his rating. I'm not sure if it is within 50 miles either It is close though. We had a guy who was stationed there that was a tandem/aff instructor for a while but he is in Korea now. There are several military folks that jump at Skydive San Marcos. Just call 1-800-SKYDIVE and get all the details or send me a pm. Yup, he had a good time and even had a little luck with the ladies. Rumor has it that he ended up naked in the pool with the queen of hearts, devil girl, goldie locks, and other assorted characters but i can't confirm that rumor. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I have jumped both. I owned a cobalt for over 500 jumps, and i have put another 30-40 jumps on stilleto's of comparable sizes. My cobalt was a good opening one so i loved it. The cobalt will stay in a dive longer than a stilleto.(longer recovery arc) The cobalt has more bottom end lift than a stilleto.(more powerful flare) The stilleto feels quicker with toggles. The stilleto has a flatter glide. I say jump both. I jump a crossfire II now and i love it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another cobalt in the future though. I'll second that and add that it is a lot easier and quicker to change film yeah i don't shoot digi yet. and batteries/lenses etc when you don't have to mess with the thumbscrew. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
