you have completely misunderstood either the question asked or the role of that app you linked I have no idea what you were asking or what kind of answer you wanted since I figured that if you're so computer illiterate that you can't figure out if its running XP or 7 that there is nothing I can do to help you. Where I'm from, everybody is pretty much automatically a donor. They way it works is, if a person is suitable for becoming a donor they're are assumed to have wanted to become a donor, unless its known that they didn't want to be a donor. Before a donation is made the doctor is responsible in trying to find out, within reasonable amount of effort, what the wishes of the deceased were. If for instance they don't have a donor card, their family is asked about whether they'd denied having their organs harvested or not. If no reliable conclusion is reached, in the time available for a organ donation, about whether the person wanted to have their organs donated, they're assumed to have wanted it and their organs are harvested. You can't rid the world of poverty. Its a shifting goal that can never be reached. I live in a first world country with a lot of socialism. You get free health care, money if you don't work, food, housing etc. yet we have, according to some standard, a certain number of poor people. But if you compare those people to really poor people living in grass huts in Africa surviving on UN aid then the 'poor' people in my country are pretty fucken rich. So no, poverty will never go away since there will always be people redefining the meaning of poverty. I've personally lived with around 7 $ / per day, which by definition made me poor, yet I didn't feel poor due to all the socialist things in place. Your rights end where my feelings begin.

Is the 100k $ loss real or imagined? What I mean is that did you buy your condo for 200k$ and now it will only sell for 100k$. And since you know its "worth" more then that you can't sell since you'd be loosing money you never really had.
