    Glad to hear you pulled it off. Now it just get's easier as you go. Don't stress too much about the exit.. mine were terrible for about 35 jumps .. now I just go out very limp.. like a rag doll and look up. Floating exits really helped me for some reason. Now I feel like I can go out the door in the fetal position and be stable almost instantly. Millions of my potential children died on your daughters' face last night.

    Turn of system restore, reboot in safe mode and try it there. Also do a google search on any processes you might be running that you are unsure of to see what they are. Generally a virus will run some sort of downloader agent or back door, so since it is technically in use you cannot remove it and that is why it says denied. So find and kill as many processes as possible (because one of them could be related to the virus) then kill system restore and start in safe mode and try again.     Section 5 page 117. "skydivers play a more integral role in aircraft operations than ordinary passengers, because their procedures can dramatically effect the controllability of the aircraft, particularly on exit" Ok that part is fine.. now we go to part A just under.. "Parasitic drag reduces the airspeed necessary for flight and reduces effectiveness of control surfaces" Feel free to correct me, but uh.. The more drag on an aircraft the more speed is needed to overcome that drag. So it should read.. "parasitic drag increases the airspeed necessary for flight......" Or because there is drag the airspeed needs to increase to sustain flight. The way I read it.. it says the more drag you have the lower speed is needed to fly. I understand what they are saying though - Something small and I was sort of bored. Millions of my potential children died on your daughters' face last night.

    Doesn't really matter. If your legs are nice feel free to show them. That should be the factor, not age. In all reality what matters is how you think you look. On the flip side of the argument I've seen .. shall we say.. .. women wearing spandex that should not of been ( and probably thought they looked good ). It is all a matter of personal choice.     I'm not very experienced but I chose to pull since that is too close for my comfort knowing it will take an additional 800 ft or so to open. Fabic over my head is first priority...     However useful it may or may not be. On the ride to altitude I compare my alti with that of the cockpit (if possible) and also mark where we pass clouds. That way knowing my instrument was accurate at the time so in the event of a failure I still know.. "we passed clouds at 4,000 feet". Maybe this is stupid or a mistake to be doing.     I have to give credit to Khan.. (Is that right?) he is a great teacher and really helped to simplify the whole process. I also did a few things I should not of while not having an A (group skydives). That was really.. well there aren't words to say how stupid that was of me and I think what was left of my "cool factor" at the dz has pretty much been shot but it's of my own making so deal with it as it happens.     I figured it sort of like betting.. The more you win the more $ you are willing to stake until you bet it all and are totally broke. I couldn't agree more about being unstable from cutting lines either. What probably looked like a stupid post to some is concern for my friend that he will one day do something stupid.     Packing wasn't so bad.. I just always had lots of trouble closing the container... Then I did not want to jump it. Packing was invented to give us something to do between loads Millions of my potential children died on your daughters' face last night.

    Hello. As some of you may or may not know. I might of set a new record (or not) for having the most jumps without an A. This mainly due to the fact I did not want to pack and jump my own rig and that I also had a severe lack of motivation. That being said.. after 72 jumps I finally have my A. I plan to uphold the beer laws to the fullest extent. Millions of my potential children died on your daughters' face last night.
