Some of them get it -- Sullivan Before the Election

No one is hyperbolic clearly you guys do, you are just in the minority now. I do not consent to your bet. -
Why would you think I care about Hillary's emails? Where did that come up?

I'll take that bet. Somewhere between everyone wearing MAGA hats like they are masks in 2021 and not admitting voting for him is the truth. Hell most people already don't admit it and certainly didn't in 2020. -
I work in big tech so am familiar. Biden actually did a lot of good there.

What do you feel about his support of banning NDAs, position on factory farming, and breaking up big tech? https://x.com/mattgaetz/status/1301581576904609794

Yeah that was in 2024, my story was in early 2021. You still miss the impact on unknown risk in a decision. That she had no information on whether pregnant women were in the study, they were not, was enough to leave her. The menstruation issue with The Greatest Medication Ever Invented* came out in 2022: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9633189/

Then what is your explanation why vaccine use (not counting covid) has plummeted?

Low interest rates and an abundance of money from the Federal Reserve make capital more accessible and cheaper, which tends to lead to more aggressive investment strategies by venture capital (VC) and hedge funds. When borrowing costs are low, there’s an incentive for investors to seek higher returns in riskier or less established ventures, which they might avoid in a tighter monetary environment. In addition, QE causes inflated asset prices gives them more capital to work with. -

The pushback will be even worse when the VC firms, hedge funds, and banks that reside in blue states aren't getting free money to swim in. -

If you want to get Baysian about it, I agree it's probably unlikely given the track record even with the strong signals (Elon, Vance). I've see arguments that I don't fully grok, that the current make up of the government makes it basically impossible. I'm hopeful since Vance has given it lip service, Elon being involved, and Trump not having to seek reelection they can do something. Even if it's just shutting down everything on this list: https://randoland.us/ Elon started following the account today: https://x.com/Oilfield_Rando/status/1856697594233180267 -
As we sat in the waiting room, my first born still in the oven, the doctor said they had the new mRNA shots ready to go and she advised my pregnant wife to get it. How many pregnant woman have gotten them? Have any babies made it to term? Where are the numbers published? Have you reviewed them? None of these questions had answers and we got another doctor.

When someone wants to die of fentanyl or heroin in their own home, or have a cuddle puddle on MDMA at a boogie, that's all well and good. When they start stealing catalytic converters and turning neighborhoods into dystopian hellscapes then it's not about personal responsibility anymore.

No books are not Reddit memes. Yes reading is a better way to get informed on the issues than media and social media. Words matter, people are not getting real vaccines now. Did you not read the previous arguments I made about it?

It's not Elon's cryptocurrency, it was made in 2013. It's a meme, it's funny. Make America Funny Again.

It's a play on this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_triangle_(US_politics) but adds the media and universities to it. -

Trump and Biden both were under administrations that printed a ton of money and had reckless spending. Again, I voted for Elon who has been cheerleading fixing the budget everyday since mid summer (and had an exchange with Ron Paul about it) and Vance who acknowledged maybe the Fed needs some oversight and he's "come around" on the fed thing. -
He was buried by the press. Maybe dog piled is a better word. Snopes didn't publish that for 7 years.

You can make that argument with a known risk profile in someone who has a risk of transmitting the disease. It's pretty difficult to make that argument when someone has no risk of transmitting the disease. No distinction was made.

Most of the younger ones are cool with gays. All the gays I know voted red, the couple I was best man for moved to Texas and his company with it out of SF. One of the gays I know that voted red reports to Elon, so I don't know if he counts. IIRC, the total gay vote to Trump was 12%.

Congrats! You've just invented democracy. Some people are authoritarian about certain issues and others are authoritarian about different issues. Everyone gets together every 4 years or 2 years and votes. You guys should really stick to this because some people seem to really like it. Yes, I think heroin and fentanyl are beyond personal responsibility given only about 2% of people that try to quit it can.
-
It was both. I pointed to the fed issue of the mandate which is what I've discussed most of this thread. I tacked on the lockdown issue which is a state issue which you should have been able to easily understand what I meant given people talk about lockdown states and all of them are blue. Again, I switched teams because of policies that I lived under.

Is California a democratically run state or is it a republican run state?
-
Are you going to take the position that none of the ones crossing the border are rapists? Or maybe that drugs aren't actually crossing the border and immigration is good? My mom died of an overdose. I care about that fact. If Trump used hyperbole to give attention on an issue, that's killing 100,000 people, I think that's pretty smart given it was ignored up until that point.
