Lets say I do have to turn low....Is sholuder level a good turn level? I would gently pull up on the oppsite side of the obstacle as to turn slowly the other way?

yes I do scan...VERY MUCH I always want to have a plan in the wose case of something happening though.

I found an artical on the low turn. If you are at 100 feet ready for a nice landing and flare. You see someone out of the corner of your eye heading for the same spot as you. What the heck do ya do?bIm a novice ( 63 jumps) I would do a HALF BRAKE TURN to the oppsite side of the other canopy. Actually I would go into a half brake to shoulder position and let up on the left side .If the the other canopy was on my left. I would lose less altitude and glide toward the right , is this a good idea or not? Freebird

I was jumoing a sabre 150 for about 45 jumps and before that I had to jump a sabre 170 on my student jumps. I now have had 3 jumps on a Sabre 2 135 ( my canopy I just bought ) I have not had any big problems landing it ( like getting hurt ) but I do land on my butt , leg or knees. I land on everything but my feet I just hope I made the right choice. I wanted something docile and something that could penetrate through a little wind. I am about 103lbs so I used to have to sit around alot on a slightly windy day under the 170 and 150.

I may have made the wrong choice.I only have 63 jumps...Im being very careful though. I know at least if I do not flare the worse thing that happened was I had a sore butt for a couple of days.....I actually did not flare on my last jump. I only got my toggles to my shoulders.......It is going so fast on final ( it seems so any way ) I just droped dowm even though I REALLY thought I had it.

I have a Sabre 2 135 loaded at about .9........In the past I was jumping a Sabre 150.........I used to stand up my landings on the 150

I was raised to believe that God is always around and can hear you.........He is always watching and knows everything..was he watching little Samantha being raped?...Sorry my faith has been fadeing and fadeing. I do not believe an all pwerful and loving God sees us and hears us all of the time and if he does . There should not be very many whoffos that know the trems we will be using and not many whoffos at 3000 feet We will discuss how to avoid that problem though... He will say my name before each time he talks . I know not to make a low turn and a half break turn is better if I must turn a little low in an emergency....This is mainly for my accuracy and to help my flare on this Sabre 2

Make sure you get one with 3 channels......Im going to try it tomorrow..I will let you know how it works. The pair for me was 50 bucks. I got them at Radio Shack.

Not if he says Tiffany do this or that .I used to get confused as a student I would hear someone saying something that did not make sense to me..or get called by another name ....and we can always find out what channel the students are on and switch ours....Im not tryinhg to swoop the pond ......I just want to work on accuracy and try to stand up the darn thing......I will make sure to remind him to say my name

A little 5 year old girl was raped and killed She was playing outside and he grabbed her and put her in the car. She was screaming. He got away. He kept her alive all night doing sexual things to her (horrifying things) I have a little girl......She never can play outside alone . I always watch her every second when we are at any store. This is just the reason why..... Just think a tiny beautiful little 5 year old baby girl..raped all night and then killed.....what that little girl went through all night and then killed makes me sick.....There are some SICK EVIL people in this world. The only way to stop them is to STOP putting these people on 48 Hours. They should die a burtal death......in public...........then lets see how many people would think twice about doing these gruesome crimes.......if they know their punishment will be popping out their eyeballs and pouring salt in them and wackying off their pravites and choping each body part off one by one....yes this is a fine punishment for someone who rapes a 5 year old all night then kills her. The father was talking on T.V.and said he was a religous man. He said he was comforted to know she was in a better place. Well I bet that little girl has alot of questions for her all loving and powerful GOD...... I do not believe that God can see or hear us .Mabe at one time God was present.........He may be coming back..but no pastor can make me believe that God is watching always...and if he is we are all in trouble.
