The ogive or explosive does not arm until the bugger is thirty plus yards from the launcher. Some remington ranger wrote this ( admin puke via typewriter ref ). Although I know a trooper who popped pound and change of the riot smoker into someone, in a crowd of hundreds who was climbing a fence during a protest, and that had to hurt riot smoke or no riot smoke.

Twelve years ago I did a west coastal trip and it was all about the micro brew. Every town where to stop pre- recommended. I couldn't imagine how long this trip would take today with expansion of the micro brew madness. 3 months?......Maybe?

Now they found a whole closet of porn and sex toys in his room, but after all he's a guy, what is unusal about a guy with porn? You know every time I go into an Adult / sex/ novelty store its filled with women, rarely hardly ever another guy. We have to stop thinking of naughty toys & porn as a guy thing. Deal with the fact that chicks are into porn and buy a great deal of it.

I guess all this fuss about the BirdMan suits is due to the confusing naming. Yeah, and so what? What is the big deal, really? As long as the makers push the technology, I know. We are still a bit confused about the S3S to S6, but someone might shed light on that. Some of the technological fuss stems from the parody of claims of wind tunnel tests, claims of computer designs, scores of new names and half as many new offerings that didn't show much staying power market wise. And in the end the pushed envelope is still very closely based on the S-3 a late 2002 design. Please don't get hostile towards my answer to the question "why the fuss" I am answering it with the utmost in neutrality. I fly a suit from 2002. I asked this original question of the differences between the three variances nothing more and not as a segway into that suit is better than this suit. It would be nice to end the confusion about the S-3 legacy

I have a project that is responding weird. This problem is keeping me from taking clips from the browser or viewer over to the canvas or time line. In the viewer I can set in-out points but it doesn't respond to the canvas or time line. If I didn't know better I would say that links ( short cuts ) to the raw video were lost. But this is such a windows way of looking at this and it can't be the case as all of the raw footage is still available in the browser and editable in the viewer, it just doesn't transport beyond that. Every cube of video data in the time line isn't playing along with the audio. Audio is fine. When I try to transport from the viewer into the canvas both the canvas and the timeline disappear and don't readily come back when I arrange the window setup back to standard. Any Ideas other than scrap the project and reload it?

Could it be that the S-3s and the S-6 are one and the same? All of these questions and more.

Uh, he wasn't the first to take the tread way off topic. Although I'm pleased to learn that the S-fly has double zippers now. Something the monosuits desperately needed. That single pic currently happens to be the highlight of this tread IMO,off topic or not, yeah its my tread.

That's quick for new plates, especially at the weekend, or did you transfer your old ones? Suprizingly some SoCal dealerships are equipped with plates and can expedite registration on behalf of the overburdened DMV. You pay them all of the fees anyway, so you drive out with your plates. Believe it or not.

I can see an extra cell in the leg wing than my older s-3. As far as the plane form of the 3s is bigger than your old three, can you describe bigger how, where and any angle changes from your old three?

Not trying to be a prick, trust me ( this time). As we can gather from the wingsuit type tread there is a comprehensive amount of confusion about the design variances in the three wingsuits S-3, S-3s and S-6. Any Bm factory principles or reps out there with the authority to set the forums straight? Pictures wouldn't be a bad Idea either.

You can get scallops at the fish market. Besides name one modern aircraft, ultralight, sailplane, parachute wing that has scalloped trailing edges. They are seen on those ancient DaVinci wing drawings, those non-functional contraptions around the turn of the century that leave their pilots frapped againts the side of the cliff ... oh you also see them on the rear wing of bat girl's motorcycle. Even the barris batmobile doesn't have scalloped edge wings........batman. -

Dammnit Jason, You just painted my very uncool. I only have 3 and two are from BM. None are from Pf and neither of the BM are really appropriate for first flight courses, they are S-3s. Do you think I can regain a bit of coolness by putting first flighters in advanced wingsuits? Advertise it as "advanced aerial adventures"? Both suits are very clean and spiffy and will look good on video and glossy stills. -

anyways, I'd he happy when I see more skydivers in wingsuits than any other jumpsuit! Even if they are mostly just experts with credit cards? What if they can't track? I personally fly wingsuits to be cool. If everybody has one how then I would have to be cool-er. Do you know how much work and effort that would take? It would probably just be easier to go out and do a bunch of jumps and get a bunch of flying skills. I like it the way it is, put on the suit and bam instant kool!!!!
