400 ws?? how long has he been flying W/S? A little over a year. There are some people that are in a position to jump a lot and the suit is all they do now. Chris from precision comes to mind, who has many, many wing suit jumps. There are others. Some people have a suit or two but they spend more time on other types of jumps. If you don't have anyone to flock with the suit tends to stay on the shelf. It took me 20 jumps to get my numbers into the lower 50 mph TAS on my classic. The suit fits me pretty good. I loaned it to a guy who didn't have as good a fit in it but managed to get into those numbers on his second jump in it. Natural ability and perfect body type both played a role in this. I had 30 jumps on my classic before I got into the S3 and I felt my transition was pretty seamless. But it took me another 30 jumps on it to see the same numbers as on my classic. Could someone else transition sooner? yup. But not everybody. eight times out of ten you spend "diving" after new guys in wing suits, the other two times you get to play with and not chase.

Don't think that a classic is a non-performing suit either. This last weekend we got two lads in our old classics and they really worked us in our S3 s. Its all about the pilot. If a person is smooth gracefull they will not fall out of the sky during manuevers. If they have the right body type its a plus also. We know guys with 500 wing suit jumps and experience with all of the various suits that still plummet to earth for whatever reason. My buddy has 400 WS jumps, 200 on his classic, 200 on his S3. He does not plummet and can lay a good base and fly like a bird. This last weekend we loaned our suits ( classics and not a perfect body fit to the two loanees ) and they rocked the skies, now these boys had the perfect body type and I carry a bit of drag. BUT we had a SOLID 4 way and us the guys with a bit more experience got a challenge too. But come deployment the classics were plenty to manage for the new guys. The S3s would have given them some un-needed pucker factor. You could say the classics allowed these lads to really fly to the best of their natural abilities without harshing their enjoyment of it and really build their skill and confidence.

Two really big boobies, to be correct. And is a dominatrix.

Within about 40'. Reception has been cool so far. A common remark I hear is that the TMs couldn't believe that the suits really do fly, serious glide ratio. If you get to jump at a tandem mill it really puts some sparkle the same o, same o.

She can borrow it again anytime she see's me on the DZ as I always have it with. Put enough WS flights on it and get into the S3 like her other WS owning comrads at square 1. Or a GTI if she likes. When she gave it back she had the typical addict smile, she was a very, very happy girl.

I got the S3 after 20 classic jumps. It was not harder to fly and i did not hate it compared to my classic. But I didn't get any better numbers on the 3 than the old classic for a while. Long flights wear you out sooner on the 3 than you would be on a classic until you build those muscles up. If you are a good flyer on the smaller winged suits chances are you will maintain good habits on the 3.

Getting out of the mullins king air at 23k was a pain but well worth it I got almost 4 mins of flight time. Bugga when did you do that, WFFC?

When I do my hop-n-pops, the instructors always warn everyone not to follow me, but I'm over the DZ when I do those. Normally, it's not an issue at my home DZ, though. There are only 2 of us CRWdogs there and they always have us get out last. . At perris following a big crew stick out will leave you a few miles to the west of the DZ. I have never seen it personally but it has happened. If its a big crew event day with mutiple formations out you may just freefall past some nice big already flying formations, But they're dogs and will just smile and wave at you as you fall past them. Doh!

At Rantoul although exhausted I didn't dare fall asleep in the dz.com tent during the day for fear of having creative shaving practiced on me.

Whats yo musics name is? Sumpt'n from cypress hill?

It will graph only the last ten jumps, so if you go to rantoul and do say 50 jumps you will need to bring a laptop to do the down load. It saves all the regular info going back many, many jumps. I only got the track for wing suit flying, to see if I could draw out a nice smooth efficient curve. There is a lot of other info you can store in the program that I don't use. I 'm just not techie enough.

HH is a cool guy stay on the goodie side and I'm sure he will let you wingsuit from his BLACK HELICOPTER.

You probably don't want to see grizzley haired chests either do you kim?

We only scare the ( visiting ) freefallers when on a seperate crew pass and after the last dog jumps they also start to exit without checking the spot. OOpps hope you make it back.

Curious canopy question for the Napkin jumpers
VectorBoy replied to jumper03's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
All canopys can be flown straight in nothing fancy. High performance canopys and anything heavily loaded will be more sensitive to inputs so a much greater experience and finesse are required. -
Oh Damnit! Now it's in my head again! Doh! Damn you, moodyskydiver! Quote No problem you just need a little bit of spice girls to fix that right up.
-
But but but......I scare the boys at the range when I break out the 12 gauge riot gun.. and start shredding whats left of the target after I unload my .44 Mag and then use the reloader to drop in 6 more really fast... and pop those off single handed. Amazon Careful or Aggiedave will be asking you out.

I'm gonna take a guess that you cannot surf for porn at work like the rest of us.

[Only if it's good for ME! Well since your a skydiver I would have to offer you our video with stills package....... And of course it will be good for you! You will be THE center of attention. Its all about you at this point.

One of just might. But I wouldn't consider it until after I play with you in my dungeon for a few long days. Does that make it more appealing? Besides its what every girl wants. " What did you do on vacation"? " Well first I was held captive and then the real fun started.....".

happy birthday, You are now old enough to start freeflying more seriously!

Black sabbath "hole in the sky". All last weekend while I was fourbying in the sierras. Just glad it wasn't hole in my oilpan.

Loic flys a crossbow and this may require its own deployment technique. Lou diamond flew one maybe he can shed some light on what was recommended to him by its owner.

I know what you are thinking Kevin, and I like it!

Lov'n it! More to the score. Good on your sister and you guys. Come to think of it I've never seen anyone frown after a wing suit jump.
