    Dangerous street flooding hits Houston hard as storms blow in Heavy rains returned to the Houston area today, dumping their greatest wrath on the East Freeway and surrounding streets.     Also, there's a reason SW is making money now when other carriers are running on a tight margin. SW had foresight to buy their fuel contracts up to 2 years in advance at low prices.... Good on em....

    You evidently don't realize how mil policies are derived. I wrote, in many cases, my own policies during my 23 year military career. So, I think I can make an educated statement to these facts. It's so easy to say, it's Presidents fault. Most that don't understand the bigger picture, do that.
