They made it clear that they were skydivers too from the very beginning. Their site explains that who is better to design your site than another jumper? They have offered me several awesome deals on web design and also hosting...but I couldn't afford to do it. Sorry guys I heeded a few of your tips...but one thing I can't seem to ditch is Front page...sigh - that is a completely different topic and would only earn its own thread. LOL Ciao, Freaksis

too far, sorry! none of us has the $ to travel that far I am pretty sure. LOL Oh well, come to the US! :) Learn some Texas hospitality.

They are actually a very good website design co. and seem to be cool. I couldn't afford the price to redesign my site but based on what I have seen elsewhere, they were VERY reasonable...and their work is good...they are just provoking interest in their company - don't you think? I mean here we all are, talking about it! Great advertising campain, really. hehe I liked the original better though. Good luck guys (webhostworks) Sis

Unfortunately, I would dare to say that your cat chewing her paw isn't related to kneading...but maybe she wants to chew on your nipple? YIKES! I think the kitten/milk theory sounds pretty solid. This cat was taken from her mother at 4 weeks old, far too early to be weaned. So she only got 4 weeks of that "kneading for milk" thing. (No, we didn't take her away, it was an accident at the dropzone and we took her in when she was about 5 or 6 weeks old - adopted her, so to speak. She was on milk replacment therapy awhile.) I agree that it (kneading) is probably a comfort thing, since she purrs very loudly when she does it. I can't figure out why its only that rug though! I would much rather her knead my leg than bite my arm (she practices on Perry and I like we are mice!). I mean, loving me is one thing but this chewing/biting thing has gotta stop. Moody told me about some stuff you can get to stop that but I can't find it. We found some stuff to keep them off furniture and drapes - it has garlic, cloves and stuff in it - but I am not keen on spraying it all over my arms and legs. Whatever it takes though. LOL Back to the paw thing: Maybe your cat just wants to chew on something and is too lazy to find something else, and BAM! The paw is right there. My cat attacks and chews on her own tail. She doesn't chew hard I guess, no fur is missing...LOL but it is hysterical to watch. Now if she would only stop attacking my hemp necklaces when I am working, I would be so happy! She of course, likes the string. I find myself going outside on nice days just to get work done. (yes that is all I do for work, make different kinds of jewelry and clothes, so I have to sit down and focus!) Well, enough of the cat thing...CYA

Ok this has NOTHING to do with any kind of sex, vanilla or not...unless you are a total psycho and then...well I don't want to know. We spoke briefly of cats earlier...I want to know what they are doing when they "knead." I had a roommate once whose cat would do that on your lap, legs, head, whatever! My cat ONLY does it on a certain bath rug. Yes, I could just "Ask Jeeves" but I want to see what ya'll say. I discount the theory they are sharpening their claws.

Nope, you're just out of the loop on this one - and that's OK - it was unrelated to anything you were talking about earlier. By the way, you're just a "new" shooter!! What makes you think you could drench anyone's dry spell?? hrm?? hehehehehehehe
-
OK - I'm chilled. I am totally cool with that. I didn't want to get it all out here, just wanted to try and make light of the situation - it was a spur of the moment decision thing. Anyway, I am glad and love ya tons. HUGS, Sis

I noticed it this afternoon or evening sometime...kinda hard to tell the first second or two then WHOA! hrmmm those are boobies! weird. LOL I don't know why I was surprised, I just was.

If Pyke ever posted anymore, he could tell you a perfect definition of what vanilla sex ISN'T. As a matter of fact...I could too! But...I won't. Think beyond the conventions of society. Think...BDSM.

I don't know...that I made you laugh? I guess not. I was making fun of myself in an effort to show you that I knew I was in the wrong, and maybe help the situation somehow. As usual, it was apparently the wrong plan. I never make the right decisions, I guess. I am sorry. not much else to say I guess.

Mine too. I never understand why no matter what "flavor" you give them it always smells the same. ICK. She always has to come up licking her face right in front of *my* face - maybe it is a way to say thank you - as in farting in some asian countries. Who knows.

This is an attempt to collect a response. Any and all information will be used solely for that purpose. This letter is for Moodyskydiver. According to our records, you lodged a complain in our Customer Service department Monday morning regarding treatment you had received by one of our employees. In fact, you stated the lack of common courtesy was displayed by none other than the OWNER of the company. We at Freakthreads.com take our friends (I mean customers- wait I mean FRIENDS!) seriously. We have attempted to contact you regarding this matter and have received one response. However, this matter requires additional information so that the "company" can improve its "Friendship" department. Please contact the above named individual by email who is handling your case. Your case number is: APRIL-13-BITCH. You may also call 1-800-I-DON'T DESERVE THIS SHIT" and ask for dept. C (this stands for "careless" employess *owners NOT exempt from this policy). You are entitled to full reimbursement of pain and suffering and/or justifiable homicide due to mitigating circumstances once we have settled this matter. If we choose to shoot our owner, you are not entitled to justifiable homicide. However, you are entitled to a portion of the life insurance policy. Please respond asap. Again, this is an attempt to elicit a response, and any or all information obtained will be used for that purpose. Thank you and have a nice day!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ hahhaa OK I just poking fun at myself, hoping to maybe make you laugh!!! If I didn't, oh well, but it was worth a shot. Speaking of shot - you have all the good liquor and I don't have any. BUMMER! I will just have to drink this glass of red wine and wait for your certified letter in the mail. hehe :) Love, Sis

My doctor cleared me to jump after 2 weeks. But strict orders to wear harder goggles (instead of say, Flexvision) or a full-face for the first 3 months. I still have a full face Factory Diver (even though I haven't worn it in ages) but I can't jump anyway because of an injury I received in that car wreck a couple of months ago. Remember that? Yep - still getting treatment and grounded. I think you should at least get a free consultation. I feel sorry for the person who posted they paid about 5K in USD for it though. It is cheaper here, I know that! Still I paid over 3K but only 'cause my vision was so bad, like I said. You're a smart cookie, Jess...I know this personally! I have no doubt you will make the right decision for you. :) good luck, fellow Freaksis. Loving my eyes, Freaksister

Glad you got it ordered, Amber...I left you a voicemail - are you mad at me for not coming out? I really thought I might have to take Perry to the ER or something, he was in so much pain. I think it was some sort of virus or something - or maybe he passed a gallstone? WHO KNOWS! But it was weird for several hours around here. Anyway, how many jumps did you make? Email me or something.

One of the types of threads I wish we didn't have on here. The title just turned me off. I can have this discussion with my grandmother or any stoned person. I believe what I believe and all I will say is that I am not atheist and I do consider myself a Christian, but that's as far as I am going here. Well, except to say that I am probably a horrible sinner!

By the way, Jess... I was in the "dilation room" with a couple of people who were only having one eye done. Apparently, it is not that uncommon. If you want any info. sent to you I'll sent you all my stuff. They Do outline the risks, so it isn't all one-sided. Luv ya Sis

Well let's set two facts straight. 1) LASIK cannot repair or prevent the effect of aging on the eye. Therefore, many patients will need reading glasses or some assistance as they age. They are very explicit about this in the consultation. They also do not guarantee that you will not need glasses or contacts after the surgery. This is in a rare percentage of patients, and normally has to due with their vision beforehand. A good OPTHAMOLOGIST (not Optometrist) who performs LASIK will tell you this. ALso, you may need enhancements to make it perfect, as I will because of double astigmatism. This was included in the price for up to one year. Anyway, the aging thing is a possible explanation for cgross's associates who had to wear glasses or whatever a few years later. There is an ideal age range for LASIK...that is what free consultations are for. Doctors do not want malpractice suits, and they are very careful not to "Overtreat" or "Overdiagnose" these days. Yeah, trust me. I have a LOT of background there. Anyway, the place I went is the most reputable in Dallas. The Dr. himself does the procedure on everyone, and he has done Dallas Stars' players, Cowboys' players, country and rock bands, etc. He's damn good. If you find one like him you are all good to go. I don't remember point #2 now because I am upset with my roommate and it is distracting me. OH well. I am SURE I will post it when I remember. Your grounded Sis, The Freak

In reply to Kris, I believe the LASIK office I was at would be at least mostly honest. The price of the surgery starts (there anyway) at $795 per eye, and this is for people whose vision isn't "that" bad. I don't know what "that bad" is - considering mine was the most expensive ($1795 per eye) but I think they would offer you a choice if your vision was not very bad. I would ask them straight faced, any questions I might have. I went to another consultation a couple of years ago, and it was also free. The consultation should always be free, and should the focus should be to see if you truly *are* a candidate. Just my 2 cents. Sis

Hey girl, don't ya know I just had mine done less than 2 months ago?! I LOVE IT. Here is what did it for me: I went to watch t.v. in bed (I always kept contact stuff and my glasses by the bed) and from across the room WITH my contacts in, I *couldn't* read the on-screen tv guide. Glasses helped a little. Problem? Dry eyes and a growing intolerance to contacts after wearing them since 6th grade. I only switched to soft contacts last February. When I went to the LASIK office (Dr. Boothe) they did all the normal tests but more...I already knew the risks. I didn't care. I went on a Tuesday and had the operation on Friday. I left the office seeing 20/25. Before the operation, I was MORE than 20/400, which is the big E at the top. If you are off the chart, they say you have "finger counting" vision. Anyhow, I had a double astigmatism, so I will have to have an "enhancement" in about 3 months...so that I can see 20/20 or 20/15. Personally I am all for it (its free) but I am so happy this way I could do a dance. (Scary thought, I know.) There was no pain. The worst part of it all was the aftercare, when you have to put in eye drops REALLY OFTEN and you can't touch your eyes in ANY way for a month. Harder than you think!! hehe I am going on this coming Tuesday for my 2 month checkup...and feel great. Weirdest part of all: Even after this time, I still feel like when I go to bed I should have to take out my contacts because I can still SEE! It only takes a second of course, for me to realize itis OK - but it is still amazing. If you can afford it, DO IT!! You will not regret it. luv ya Jess, your freaksis
