why don't you put up some misteltoe instead? it doesn't smell good (or even funny, since all you can probably get is plastic this time of year) but its a good thing to hang up so you can try to convince chickies to kiss ya. (won't work on me though i'm taken - just don't tell the guy, i'm afraid he doesn't know haha) hugs, sis

Sending in my "virtual" (Paypal) dough today. I registered for the WFFC today too, so I'm official. This time I am staying for the entire ten days. I will also be going digital (jot that down, Phree!!) and I"ll be behind a lens the almost the whole time so bare it all and swoop it to the max! love, sis

Yeah he can really party (or was it that *I* know how to party and just got him wasted?!) and he's cute too. He is rather lovable, isn't he?

Blue Skies, Black Death (Roger Nelson)
freaksister replied to SkymonkeyONE's topic in Blue Skies - In Memory Of
Yep, very few people know that the inspiration for my nickname came from Roger and the other guys back in the 70s. Live on, freakbrother. April (Freaksister) -
Interesting. I live here and I didn't even hear this story yet. Of course, I have been in the news in Greenville...hehe I took some pictures on Easter, of a house that blew up yesterday. I am selling my photos to the paper. It was the biggest house in town. pretty strange. Anyway, nice story, Dave. Ciao...

Well, I will say that after reading that article, not all of us are that stupid. We know all about grey market items, we get catalogs from B&H, and fortunately have some sort of brains on our freaking heads. LOL Yes auctions can be dangerous, but not all of them are bad. Personally, I have earned all of my positive feedback the hard way. I think honest sellers are more common than dishonest ones, but you have got to use your common sense when you're on there. Simple as that. E-mail the seller and ask questions. Sis

That's so funny! We were just looking at that auction last night! Perry wanted to bid on it but decided if he won it he wouldn't have the money to pay bills and rent. Glad he chose the bills. Anyway, we laughed because your friend has a sense of humor (items not included in auction: The cat in the picture.) HAHA What a small world it is. Sis

Would it be worth the $$ for something other then a closing pin?
freaksister replied to Pammi's topic in The Bonfire
I mean that the beads cost a lot. Most necklaces are around $20. Sis -

freaksister replied to Pammi's topic in The Bonfire
I don't think its too much money at all. I regularly make special orders that are around $30. That is usually using specialty beads that cost a lot. In her case, amethyst and turq. are very nice beads and $30 is a good price. Sis -
Perry told me there has been a digital camera scam on Ebay lately. He is always shopping for that stuff, of course. I would be extremely cautious right now. I don't know if Ebay is investigating yet or not. He read about it on Ebay the other day.It was a warning or something. that's all I know. good luck! Sis

I thought I replied to this last night but I don't see it anywhere. I guess some of you think I was having a bad headache instead of a migraine, simply because I could post on the computer. What bother me most is noise, lots of movement, and yes, really bright light. However, it was dark outside and inside, and the computer was the only light. I can type and it is uncomfortable but not the worst thing. Everyone is different, you know? Anyway, I went to the doctor so it doesn't matter as much right now. I would appreciate it if I could post on here without being insulted, however. Thank you and have a happy day.

LOL @ Sunshine. crazy girl! I was in the pub then...although I could have predicted the HH would be too busy for us. Oh well! Sis

The nearest E.R. is at least 25 miles away...which isn't too bad I guess...but who will drive me there/drive me home? Anyway,...it may come to driving myself or getting a cab or something. I am close to that point. I never thought anyone would take me seriously, I don't know why. I grew up in a house where aspirin was used in the worst of cases. Well, thanks ya'll - I will let you know what I decide to do. By the way, Sunshine, you're right. Guns and Texas go hand in hand. There are actually two in my closet, but they are like .22 rifles or something and they belong to .... none other than Perry. Probably haven't been cleaned in at LEAST ten years. Even if I did have the proper ammo, my plan would probably fail because the "unserviced" firearm would misfire, blowing off my fingers or hands - thereby leaving me with some bloody stumpy wounds to see about in the E.R. !! I just realized that. Great idea. thanks. LOL Love, Sis
-
the E.R.?? reallY? i would feel so stupid. every time i go to an E.R. i think i should have like, a gunshot wound. what pisses me off is that my personal physician won't help me. i mean, the last migraine meds I had were in october...its not like i'm an abuser.
-
I have had this migraine headache for 3 fucking days!! The doctor won't renew my meds until I go into the office, as if I just suddenly developed this problem yesterday. GRRRRRRRRRRR At least they said I go in tomorrow at five PM and wait until the very last person is done then they will TRY to see me. I am just seeing kaleidoscopes right now! At least I am alone so I don't have to listen to anyone's bullshit. Maybe he won't even come home. Anyhow, ya'll have fun in the pub. I'll be trying to alleviate ............

You are a little late on this, you know Dave... But here is my idea: There is a town called Salida, Colorado where there is a glass-blowing co. and their speciality is hot air balloons with hand painted designs on the inside of the glass. They hand blow the balloon, put some kind of metal on it for ribs and a basket and then hand paint the inside. They are awesome, and you can get a pretty good sized one for about $75. I had one since 1994 until about two years ago some dude broke it (It was hanging as a ceiling fan pull - which was fine unless you were drunk and had superhuman strength combined with no balance!) They have lots of pre-made designs, and maybe you could get express shipping. I don't remember their name/address but I could find it pretty easily (I keep phone books, OK?!)!)! Just an idea......... I grew up in the Panhandle so we had plenty of snow, you are right, Amber...even down here in the DFW area it hardly snows. I kind of miss it, I guess, but not too much. Let me rephrase my previous statement: There are plenty of guys in TX, but the good ones are gay or married...or so have ideals so high they will never be happy. I imagine there are a few men out there that could be "the one" for all of us, but it is up to chance, opportunity, and your decisions whether or not you meet that person. ciao.
