I would estimate the off season is around March. It might be other times as well. My X went to Amsterdam in March & got round trip tickets for $300.00/each. The weather was ok....a little rainy at times but fine to wear maybe a t-shirt with a wind breaker. Wasn't touristy at all. We both went to Europe on our big vacation in the middle of June & it was very touristy & the tickets were way more expensive. I'm proud to say while going to lunch I had to give a guy a lecture today about putting his hands in the way of the elevator doors to keep them open.
