My review: I'm about to flip my shit over the judges this season. In nearly every instance in previous seasons I felt Simon was dead-on. Randy was always "aaight" and Paula gave her usual encouragement. However, I have never disagreed with Simon so much as this season. Paula is off her rocker and I'm beginning to think Randy is on his way there, too. Blue glasses? Pointing the finger over and over and over? And if I hear "dog pound" one more....that moment has passed. So, with that said: Taylor was BY FAR my favorite. Contrary to Simon, I LOVED his Bruce Springstein. His second song I liked, but watching him? All I could think of was Gotta go. Gotta go. Gotta go right now. B/c standing so still but half-bent over and that constipated look on his face....well...you understand. But, I still LOVED him. And his third performance was FABULOUS! Again, Simon way off in regard to Taylor's ending. It was GREAT! Tayla (that's how I say it) is a real performer and has a great set-o-pipes. Ellllliiiiiooooooot: He was good. He can definitely sing. Simon saying his song choices would NOT get him through to the next round really made me . I thought they were great. I don't think the audience needs to have known the song so much. Sometimes, it's the ones the audience knows really well that are the swan song for the contestants. And Elliot's last song? I LOVED how he said "My name is Elliot Yamin" in the middle of the song. LOVED that! Katherine McPhagetabouther: I'm over the Phever. She was not at all humble or graceful in her response to the judges critiques. Her first song--something about when she belts the notes always sounds so wrong to me. And she ALWAYS overdoes it which drives me nuts. I COULD NOT BELIEVE SIMON SAID HER SECOND PERFORMANCE WAS THE BEST OF THE SEASON! He must have been sleeping during nearly EVERY Daughtry performance. All I can say about the second song is: YAWN! By her third song it hit me. She belongs on broadway--not the top of the charts. And that concludes my review Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

We never had much problems with the kitties. Once Zoe' jumped on the bed, too, though and we also pushed her off--which didn't work so eventually had to get up, put her out and shut the door. Then, saw her white paw reaching as far as she could under the door and couldn't help but laugh. Luckily we were about done by then Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

You can hijack my threads anytime! I will hijack, too---I completely agree. I don't care much for the other three (ESPECIALLY The Cable Guy--he's just too sick/hick for me). Ron White is hilarious, though. I love comedians--we go every so often to see a good one. We saw Kathy Griffin not long ago---she's fabulous! The first time I heard the Tater Salad joke I had tears in my eyes. I also love his deer-hunting story. Yes, I know, I'm an animal luva but it's really funny. "Woooo, that's an elusive creature." OK, first of all, virgins are banned from my poll Secondly, YOUR dog might not know the difference, but MY dog loves to "pack". We call him our "packer" (NO pun intended, sickies!). He's 50 lbs and MUST squeeze himself between us on the couch or wherever. He's nuts. And I love him.

Bolthouse Farms makes the BEST all-natural, 100% juices. I love their veg juice. (You can usually find them in your regular grocers produce section. In mine it's near the POM juice/organic produce area.) And I LOVE avacados. I eat one/day usually. Mmmmmmm........ Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

You're right. Too late now---start your own kitty thread While I will not give the details of my sex life, I will say it's always been quite satisfying. Last night I realized, however, it hasn't been quite as often or spur-of-the-moment as it used to be. It took no longer than two seconds to realize that started when we got the dog about 8 months ago. It's like having a child. Suddenly you're waiting for the dog to go to sleep or putting him outside to play for a while---both of which rule out the "spur-of-the-moment" sex which I mentioned earlier and that makes me . But, I love Fido (actually his name is Cruzer) Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Mos def Again, we are referring to the comliment phishers. It's just annoying. I've never been low on passing on credit and/or compliments where they are due. But if you ask...well...I just find it sad, really Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

We have a fiesty one. I like that Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Sounds relaxing! You are certainly qualified for the group. GTA is not yet in position to determine proper qualifications But, I will certainly make good use of him Only phisherpersons not allowed. Sign currently under construction Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
-
I will respectfully disagree. I think you can be happy with yourself and still work on improving yourself. The two are not mutually exclusive. I'm not referring to those asking for great ideas/tips for improvement. I'm referring to those "phishing" for compliments b/c they obviously have a need for that to be happy with themselves.
