Forgive me since I don't know what kind of disability you have, but there ARE reasonable companies out there if you look. There are more than a few people where I work with disabilities. My friend in the cube down the row is missing his leg. He does fine. Take the time and research places if you are not happy where you are working. Good luck. I wear an Everlast sports bra for my tops...not much really fits under my jump suits except spandex. My suits are tight to help my fall rate. I work with amazing people at a great company. I'd have to cry myself to sleep for a few months before I threw a complete tantrum and left this place. I understand the computer issue. While it might in part be do to that, we just recently had a branding campaign run through the company...it's similar to "an army of one." That's where the background change came into play. I like that they're trying to build a family spirit. It just feels like it's kind of on the hostile side...maybe I'm wrong and just misreading the intent. Really, I'm just worried about my friend and his job. Oh man! I'm so upset right now. I am a graphic designer at a nice company, so you would think we're praised for creativity, right? Not here. Geez. One of my really talented friends just was reprimanded for talking maybe 15 minutes in a given day. The guy is here at 7am and never leaves before 7pm. His job is on the line because of something THAT trivial. This is after they implemented a policy to have our desktops all exactly the same (with the company logo).
