It's all good, no worries. If there is a problem we got to try sort it out. Mine went straight to the message in my inbox, worked 100% when I tested it. So shall just wait on some more feedback so we can investigate more into it. Cheers

Can anyone else confirm that they get error pages when following the link back to their main private message through the email alert? I just used it now on an email I received last night and it worked perfectly.

Yeah that's great... If I believed in God. Quoting the bible to an Atheist isn't going to achieve much. Those aren't words of God to me, nor are they 'special' in any way. They can be likened to politics, saying just what needs to be said to get people to follow, regardless of how true those words are. The bible is mostly comprised of selected material which get people to rally behind the religion, whether it be by luring them with rewards and comfort, or scaring them out of the other directions.

Many concepts have lasted for hundreds of years, but remained silly. Or were at least proven as such after time... The world being flat, being just one of them. I saved my 'soul' many years ago when I was 14. Was brought up in a church all my life, been baptised etc. Even really believed it did something at the time too. Took me a while to figure out that all that really happened was someone dunked me in water and made me feel that which I had wanted to/been told I would feel.

A soul is such an utterly silly concept. One can liken the soul to the 'heart', and no not the beating kind. The kind that represents forgiveness, love and such things. The soul is merely a word to describe a certain feeling one gets, something that doesn't really exist. It's your brain god damn it, everything is. And this isn't just saying stuff to be controversial. Read up on the impact of certain brain stimulations and the way it can create 'spiritual' experiences. All spiritual experiences are manifestations of the brain- quite simple. And it's not like that should be very hard to believe either, considering much of the logic around it has been proved. Unless Gods really testing us all... Since there is nothing quite enjoyable as watching your 'beloved children' burn in the pits of fire for eternity because they couldn't handle your mind games. Sure, go ahead and have a soul. Hell, maybe I'll have one too. Maybe I`ll have 3 or 4- I don't know yet... I'm undecided. Maybe I`ll sell them all to Satan too, become a rock star or something.

The deceased suffered a hard landing where reports claim he sustained major leg injuries and possible internal injuries, he was then taken to hospital and later died during surgery.

Two men in their 70s were part of a load with 18 others. Their freefall went as planned and only about 80 feet from the ground were they involved in a canopy collision, their lines twisted and they fell the remaining distance. Both involved died.

Hey Dems! Guess What!?? Pro-Wrestling is FAKE!
Meso replied to ZigZagMarquis's topic in Speakers Corner
Hate wrestling.. Like sex and violence though... If wrestling had more of those two in it I may actually watch it... But only the women's wrestling -
I did Muay Thai for a while, and personally I find it one of the best martial arts forms. Granted injuries do occur, in Muay Thai your reaction time will increase as well as your fitness.. Some of the fitness training is pretty intense cardio- but it works great. I think the choice between the two depends heavily on the one who is doing it though. Just read up on each and you should be able to make an easy decision on what you'd prefer.

Objective 2 of the FAI IPC Terms of Reference for the Wingsuit Working Group is: b) To investigate ways to define and judge no-contact wingsuit large formation records. The Working Group would like input from the Wingsuit Community as to what they think the basic parameters for large no contact big formations are? The Wingsuit Working Group came up with the following parameters as a starting point: 1. Two dimensional Formation designs will be two-dimensional for this record category. How can/should we limit vertical deviation, and should we require evidence of flatness for judging (i.e. a side camera angle)? 2. Slot Definition A slot is a target in the air for each flyer in the formation (some examples: a single point on the head, a shape such as a circle, box, or any other shape around the entire body). How should the rules define slot? 3. Margin of Error Margin of error is a standard for how far a flyer is allowed to deviate from his/her slot (however defined) to still be considered “in” the formation. How should the rules define Margin of Error? 4. Flight Angle Based on the slot position, Flight Angle is the angle at which the flyer is located relative to the next flyer. To which degree, if at all, will we limit the relative angles at which slots within a formation can be flown? 5. Short Range and Long Range Order Depending on the method used, flyers can be judged on their relative position on an individual basis (short range order), or the formation can be judged as a whole by its shape and form (long range order), or both. How should the rules address this? 6. Glide Ratio/Flight Performance Should there be a minimum required glide ratio or overall flight performance of the formation? How would that be measured? Let the discussions begin!!!!! To comment, please go to the following link and engage in discussion on the IPC forum, which is moderated and monitored by the voting members of the IPC Wingsuit Working Group: http://www.fai.org/parachuting/node/2181

Now... I haven't researched much about the New Black Panther Party.. But from what's been said it seems like they're an insult to the original. The original Black Panthers were people doing what needed to be done to try liberate a group of people from the oppression and violence of an opposing group. If I were black and lived in those times I'd have been a panther, and been proud of it. You see you had two options, sit back and get your life and rights stamped on, or take a stand and fight. It's very easy for white people to sit back and talk shit about the panthers, since they don't know what it's like to live in such oppression and hatred against them. Boo hoo you can't get a parking space today? Wake the fuck up and see how shit was for blacks in the past. What can you as a citizen do when the government, police force as well as racist groups have control over your life. Run to the police? Oh.. wait.. You can't do that since you'd probably just be beaten by them anyway. So you have 2 options- sit back and become societies bitch. Or you take a stand and fight for the ability to just live without constant racism from the higher powers. And I can assure you that many who talk shit against the panthers would have been one too had they been born black 70 years ago. I fully support the original Black Panthers. But since this thread is about the NBPP, the NBPP totally disgrace the original panthers.

Hi, Unfortunately there is no way to speed up the process, and is standard for all users. But according to your profile you registered on the 13th, meaning tomorrow should be the third day, so not long left now.

If you could ban any book in the world, what would it be?
Meso replied to quade's topic in Speakers Corner
As many, I'd definitely go with religious books... All of them deserve to be burned- but picking one is the difficult part. -
Officer actually convicted, but of the lesser crime
Meso replied to Lucky...'s topic in Speakers Corner
It's utter fucking bullshit. To put it lightly. It shouldn't be the public's problem even if the dumbass can't figure out whether he is holding a taser or a gun. Maybe all gangsters should carry tasers too, so when they clap someone down they can just say they meant to use a taser. The dudes life is over, and the officer should definitely have a harsher sentence than that of a robbery. But what do you expect, the cops get away lightly most of the time. I saw the video of this instance, and to be honest... Since there were so many people around I believe it could have been a mixup on the policeman's part, either that or he was completely stupid at doing it with so many people watching. But I still think 2-4 years for ending someone's life is way too little. -
Actually, Anarchism isn't just chaos and violence. There have been numerous anarchic communities where people have lived their lives opposed to government rule. There are still some too, and even one in South Africa, where the biggest fear for violence comes from the police and the government. An anarchic society, at least in many of the cases where it has been present is often formed by a breakaway of people opposed to government rule, sharing the same values. It's not really about "Oh my god, I can do whatever I want". Because quite frankly you can't, while there may not be a government as currently thought of in democratic societies, if you go and commit a crime you will pay for it... Members of anarchic societies don't want murderers and rapists involved with the community either. Freedom from government does not mean freedom from morality. Laws shouldn't tell you what is right and what is wrong anyway, those can be determined just by thinking. And usually revolves around peoples rights to do what they want as long as what they do isn't ruining other peoples lives. I hate government, every single little bit of it. The way they have the ability to control personal choices and use people as pawns to their global game of chess. But with that said, I do think that if anarchy was forced upon the world it would be a disaster. Instead, ideally I think it should be communities. And while this is pretty much defeating the idea of anarchism and freedom from boundaries, it is a step closer to letting people have more freedom than they do at present. No one is then forced into a state of anarchy, but instead would be a choice, give them a country. You can look at the current South African anarchic community and see their biggest threat of violence to it's members is the government (attacks on them from political parties) I think people just assume that every anarchist wants to go around and punch babies in the face. Some just want freedom, that which is not given to anyone these days. People have just become so used to being oppressed they don't question it. And quite frankly, I'd rather see the world burn being free than see it succeed through oppressive leaders who see it fit to rule others lives. Best part about this post is everyone is going to be all pissed off and reply to it using their usual talk about how 'free' they are and how God loves them. And I won't even check back to this thread. (A)

I've added a category for tandem gear... And moved a few tandem items into it. I'm assuming the tandem items remain few and far between and the fact that they aren't categorized by type of item inside the tandem section shouldn't really create a problem and still be easier to locate than if they were mixed in with the others like before?

What he did wasn't brilliant, nor skilful. It was 100% pure cheating. Just the same way as smashing the best player on the other team' face in would get you banned but you'd have the advantage of having the best player off the field. Quite frankly though should be a change in regulation over those actions, which should result in a lengthy ban. Look at it from a logical perspective, if a ball gets kicked into your arm and it isn't even deliberate, a penalty will be given. He stuck out both his hands and punched it out, that's definitely not the same. When one supports cheating to win, that sure doesn't say much for ones personality. So because other players cheated in the past it's okay for everyone to cheat? Acts like that ruin the entire game. So by you supporting his actions and making them out to be some hero-like act, you'd have no problem with ruining the game of football... That's great. If everyone was as much of a complete douche as Suarez, every game there would just be a line of defenders on the goal line with their hands up. Luckily most players at least retain some class and love for the game, and not a pathetic ideal of cheating to win. Doesn't really matter since they're going to be crushed by the Dutch.

Well define our natural instincts... We used to hunt only for food and clothing, although I could stand corrected. The 'humans are animals' thing is correct. But we're also far more intelligent than the other animals, we have the ability to differentiate between instinctual behaviour necessary for survival and acts which are blantently not. We lived there sporadically, but as the human population has gone out of control and expanded, we're just sort of pushed everything else away and claimed everything as our own. If there were a more superior being that saw the way we lived they'd have done some serious population control. I think my main point is that people claim to be such superior beings over other animals, and yet they haven't evolved enough to see that stuff is mostly their own fault. I can completely understand hunting for food, but sport hunting etc makes me want to stomp on babies. No, we start with the people who oppose me on any matter- Duuuh. My initial response to this post was actually a bit off topic in that it made me think of the incidents where an animal kills a human and then the humans all freak out and go kill the animals that can do that. As stated before, if we weren't on the top of the food chain and evolutionary scale and something were above us, we'd have been killed centuries ago. Granted I am merely a misanthropist who thinks the universe would have been better off without humans. But there's also facts which show we're more like a virus than anything else.

God forbid an animal actually follow it's natural instincts. It's a shame what happened, but what do you expect when people move into areas that were originally inhabited by wild animals. Fuck fox hunting, I can think of a far more invasive life form that could be taken down a few billion. Animals > People.

Sucking up to Sangiro with the sweet talk of the Audi R8 there eh? ;) Economically, I'd probably also maybe go for a Golf... I'm actually looking at getting a car shortly and the Golf is on my shortlist, along with the Honda Civic and a few other hot hatches- which are usually pretty good with fuel economy. As for money being no object.... Nissan GT-R ( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/post-a276297-Nissan-GTR-R35-Vspec.jpg ). Amazing looking car, not for everyone since it has a very 'rally' look to it, which I like though. Or a Bugatti Veyron ;) If money was truly no object. I'm sorry but that's not how things work in the real world. The real world being one of science and facts. Wait, Christians don't believe in science right? Or only when it suits them? In case you're unaware of how this works, he who proposes the existence of an object (or theory) must provide evidence before it becomes fact, or else it remains just that... A theory. It is up to he who proposes this to provide the evidence, not up to those who dispute the existence to find evidence against it. Let's use our brains for a second here, let's say I propose to you that there is a sailing ship which floats around space, filled with pirates who created man out of seaweed and brought them to life. Can you prove me wrong? You can't. Does that make what I say right? No. By the logic of every entity requiring proof of non-existence, then every other God also exists, since you cannot prove any other God non-existent. Making your religion equal to all others, as majority of them claim to experience their God talking to them, showing them signs etc. One may as well put their hand in a hat and draw what religion they want to believe, and by your logic they are all equally as correct. And once again we can turn to logic and science, and see the body's ability to make things seem real even though they are not. The placebo effect is one example of this, if one believes enough he could make himself see what he wants to- and this is just pure science. The effects of mass hysteria in certain cases have proved this too. People like to play off their brains ability and pass it off as divine experience. Therefore it is not up to the non-believer to prove the non-existence of an entity, the burden lays completely on he who suggests the existence. Otherwise every theory about everything is also correct.

Haha I love maadmax's circular logic. Or that's what it appears to be. "What? You're calling the bible wrong?! I'll show you a passage from it that tells you it's not wrong!" Maadmax: You realize what you're doing makes no sense? It's like person Y telling you person X is a liar, so you go to person X and ask him if he is a liar and he tells you no. And you then tell person Y that person X is not a liar because he said he isn't.
